Recently, I have been visited business purpose and the hotel was extremely valued for what I paid….. excellent staff…..very nice rooms and food and will professional people top notch is clearness.. and they were met me and check to my comfort level. My request are taken care by housekeeping team Thanks Balaji .

We had a one night stay at the Sivaraj Holiday Inn that was extremely professional and comfortable. There is a nice view of the city from the rooftop and the bar had good cocktails. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Vasant at the front counter was very professional and pleasant during the checkout and Sharma made sure that all of my bags and my vehicle were take good care of.

We stayed overnight. Very close to railway station ( 5 minutes by car). Decent size room. Prompt response by staff. Only thing the mattress soft and the bed springs kept making noise while you turn. The bed sheet had a hole caused by a tear. The bathroom door handle could be lubricated to avoid noises while opening or closing it. If you want to be picked up or dropped from station they charge Rs 300 one way.

How do I say the Experience! ! !
Haven’t had such worst experience with hotel stays. At least something has to be good in overall experience. Except location I would rate only 1 for the stay
Check In - Reception staff was so rude & never even cared to respond for Queries
Car Parking - Valet parking is available but when ever we request to bring the car, Driver will not be available
Restaurant - You can go to the restaurant if you are comfortable doing everything by yourself as no one will be available to serve even water

Room service not aware the tariff with out knowing the price of the food after ordering that they are charging more. When I was enquiring in the front office all the staff every one started to cover. Up their own mistakes. Even after that I ordered a complimentary bottle they are arguing it is chargeable for the value of 100.

overwhelmed by the quality of service and the hospitality. Special mention to the staff in the hotel, they look after you with the utmost care whether it is car parking or any special room request. Chief chef Suresh and his team looked after us especially our kids who eat less spicy food. Special thanks to them. From breakfast to dinner, the quality was amazing. Even if you are not staying in the hotel, I would recommend to give it a try. Special thanks to Kannan ad Andal who helped a great deal with booking and organising a family function in their hall. Reception was always available and very helpful. Overall, a great stay and would visit gain on our next trip. Thanks

Our family stayed here for a night based on the reviews. The check-in was smooth and the tea was good.
In the morning, the entire breakfast hall was filled with the smell of boiled eggs. As vegetarians, our family couldn’t tolerate the smell and left this place quickly. It’s definitively not a hotel that gives star experience. I will not repeat here.

We had a remarkable stay here.. I felt delighted the staff Mr Manikandan were very welcoming and helpful and also Manikandan is very helpful and supportive person. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The entire buffet team was on point even during frenzied crowds. Simply Amazed by their hospitality. The cleaning guys were exceptionally good at their jobs! Extraordinary hotel! Highly recommend!
