Not worth the price. Unmaintained and old property. All seasons restaurant doesn't have a printed menu. Spa is closed (under construction). Strange reasoning on any drinks bill to be paid then and there, can't be added to the room bill. Broken stuff in bathroom, broken and dirty chair (sit at your own risk), broken call bell button (pics attached). Broken AC adjustment knob (no effect, won't adjust temperature, it will get cold to death at night). Not sure what are they charging for. For us it was just a pit stop for the night so we stayed but not again. Shell a little more and opt for Radisson or any other quality place. Front desk staff looks disinterested and feels like they hate their job and forcibly they have to check-in and check-out guests. Not usually seen in the hospitality industry. By the way, the walls between the rooms feel like hollow. The TV and all conversation from the next room were very loudly audible till the late night. Had booked via MakeMyTrip.…
A real surprise as we didn't know anything much about the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room service was very good, the staff polite and the food we ordered was exceptional. Care was taken over the presentation as well. I forgot an item at the hotel and Mr. Jaganath from housekeeping went out of his way to follow up to courier the item to me. He was very helpful. I am extremely impressed with the guest services provided. I know where my family and I will be staying the next time we pass through Salem.
Never ever stay in this hotel. They treat you badly especially if its prepaid in makemytrip. Makemytrip doesn't care either. Front desk staff were arrogant insensitive tonthe fact that people reach salem after long and tiring drive. Food caused trouble. extra bed was pathetic, fungus stains and faulty assembly. Even check out experience was bad. No one to help with bags
Grand Estancia - House keeping was very good. They took care of cleaning the room with utmost care and was available all the time for any assistance. Mr. Ravi and his team did amazing towel crafts for our kid. Especially she loved the elephant towel craft. Special thanks to Suganya, Ravi, Mohan and Praveen for making our stay comfortable and cozy
Overall it was a decent stay. the hotel dint feel friendly specially their logic of clearing food bills overnight and not at the time of check out. This was something unique for me. Housekeeping was also not upto the mark and in-room dining orders took like ages to be served!
The service was excellent. All the staffs were hospitable. All the food was delicious. Chicken tikka is a must try here. Room service was good. Karthi, Gowtham, Ajith, Elagu and Abin was very supportive from the room Service Team. Thanks to the entire Grand Estancia team for making our trip a memorable one. Bharathi Saravanan
It’s really a pleasant experience and staffs are super friendly. Reception is so helpful. Bathroom and all the toiletries are good. Its located at the centre where you travel needs are met correctly. Overall a nice place to stay.
Awesome personal experience. Their approch and communication is plesent they understood our requirement. And arrangement and their hospitality is good. Highly professional and recommended Food not bad. Their ambient is good and enjoyable
The Hotel Located at prime Location, Hotel was very neat and so polite, Staffs of the Hotel are very Humble and Helpful, especially frent desk madam Jayashree welcomed with pure heart of smiles and respectfully, Hotel accounts department Raja helped in Billings queries and gave good discounts too ... Will recommend for all. Stay once u will feel heaven.
Had a good time. The food tasted good. The rooftop swimming pool is open after a long time and I really enjoyed my time at the swimming pool since the weather was also nice. Excellent choice of hotel to stay for anyone who's travelling to Salem. I 100% recommend it.
