The staff are very friendly and courteous and extremely thoughtful.They gave us an upgrade when they realised we were traveling with my aged father and they decided to give us the room closest to the elevator to keep him comfortable. I stayed here with family for a day on my way to Yercaud. My entire family enjoyed their stay and my kids especially had great fun. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The hotel has swimming pool. They also provide pick-up and drop and that is an advantage for those who travel to Salem by train or bus. The tariff is fairly reasonable . The quality of the food and the buffet spread is great.

Stayed overnight with family while travelling back from Munnar to Bangalore. This hotel is located on the highway and easy to reach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had some smoke smell, I guess someone was smoking in other room and centralized AC made others suffer. Hotel staff did manage to spray perfume and make it better for us. Food buffet was okay, not much options for vegetarians but enough, stuffed paratha was delicious. There was some decoration due to christmas which kids enjoyed.
Overall a good place to stay for Bangaloriams if you need a halt in long journey.

I was on a long Driving Expedition #4040india and Live Grand Hotels were kind enough to host me at their hotels. Grand Estancia was my first stop after visiting the glorious Hogenakkal Falls. The food at Cinnamon was absolutely memorable as they made the portion sizes just to my liking (I hate wasting food) and the room was surprisingly spacious and well appointed with a living room and bedroom. Highly Recommend this hotel for their warm and caring service.

Nicer than most hotels in America. This was my second stay here and we were very pleased. This is a comfortable place to stay. Very clean, very quiet. The food was excellent and the service is friendly. One thing that sets this place above the others I’ve stayed in India is that when you leave the room, the electric does not automatically go out. Hi folks, We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Grand Estancia. We drove all the way from Erode for a Lunch at their seasons restaurant. Trust me, their food is very basic. Service is below average and absolutely not at all worth for the money. Their spread for the Lunch menu was minimal. In the Non - Veg menu, they had a chicken gravy, a fish gravy and a prawn gravy along with some mutton biriyani. All of them were pretty much average tasting, on the veg Side, they had a vegetable gravy, Spinach Au gratin ( their version of continental), sambar, rasam and some arai Keerai dish with some soya pilaf. The live counter of Churros was a saving grace for all the mishap they had in the name of deserts. Their only option for Ice cream was one scoop of Vanilla Ice cream. If not for the poor menu, we were atleast hoping for better service. The starters were shameful to say the least. They were trying to give us mini sub marine sandwiches and Vada pav sliders as starters and tried to fill us with buns. They had a fried fish which wasn't good at all. Their only saving grace was their Veg Taco, although they had pull apart chicken Taco on their Menu, when asked for it, they didn't serve any. Well, for a 4 star Hotel and a Price of Rs 1300 per person both food and service was below par. We could have had a much better meal at Bareque nation or else where. Please avoid this place for meals, esp their Seasons restaurant.

We stayed at Grand Estancia on our way to Yercaud in the month of Dec 2020. This is a business/boutique hotel that is situated right next to the highway. It is probably one of the best hotels in the whole of Salem district. The rooms are fairly standard for a 3/4 star rated property. The service was good but the food was pricy. When we were there, the hotel was hosting a gala Christmas dinner which we chose to avoid due to pandemic situation. The buffet breakfast was good but lacked variety. I may not come back for a repeat visit but can easily recommend it to anyone visiting Salem for work or leisure.

Overall it was very good and breakfast also better than other similar hotels. I am planning to stay regularly. Rooms are very neat and hygiene. Staffs are very courteous especially room cleaning staffs and supporting staffs. They show their care on the customers by asking the travel.
