Beautifully maintained and restored, with a wonderful rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy the night air over a delicious dinner. Staff are extremely courteous and friendly, and the desk arranged a very knowledgeable guide who took us on a terrific walking (and shopping, at OUR request) tour for several hours. Room was comfy, spacious, and atmospheric, and an excellent value,...

A beautifully restored old haveli (rich merchant's house) with modern fitting that will make your stay most comfortable. My room on the lower level has to single bed behind it is a lounge area with another single bed & sofa. Great for us to put our luggages and stuff that we bought. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant thats...

Me and my spouse stayed in the Hotel just for one night when we were traveling the state of Rajasthan. We enjoyed too much in the Hotel and stayed as a maharaja and maharani. The rooms of the hotel are not numerically numbered. Instead of it the rooms were called as Nilesh, dwarakesh, Gopesh, Nagesh and so on. We stayed...

Beautifully restored Haveli. Rooms are comfortable and very nicely decorated. Very unique experience of being able to stay in an authentic Haveli. Nice views of the city from the rooftop as well. Centrally located near the city gate. Service is good. Restaurant is ok. A+ for coolness.

Very, very nice haveli, with lots of original details, as estate agents would call them. Beautiful place, lots of things to admire and study such as the wall paintings. Restaurant is fine too. One warning though: it can get cold in the rooms in winter time. Our room had a central hall, a bedroom and a bathroom. At night we...

The building itself is a miracle, a well preserved historical painted haveli mostly with antique furniture. Unfortunately some elements of the infrastructure are also in antique condition e.g. the shower in the room "Haresh". Be well prepared for the "dry shower" in that room, because the water pressure is almost zero. The food (buffet) is average. The staff members are...

This hotel is in a restored haveli that is beautifully decorated. The room is pretty old, but clean. Would have preferred more lighting and insulation (it was quite cold) in the room. There was a shortage of electrical sockets and I had to plug in my power strip in the bathroom. The reception arranged a brief camel safari to watch the...

Stayed here for a night as arranged by a tour company. Hotel is well decorated and staff is friendly and polite. Only complaint was that I was rather cold the one night I was there. Whether it was because it was an exceptionally cold night or what I don't know. Breakfast was yummy.

Mandawa Haveli was the cleanest accommodation with the friendliest and most helpful staff on our 4-week trip through Rajasthan. The hotel is beautifully and authentically rennovated. It was a delight staying there and a relief to stay in such a clean place. Mandawa is a very clean and quiet little town without the usual hassel. A real highlight at the...

I spent two nights here and hired a young man from the hotel for a private walking tour of the city sites. This is a forgotten trading town on the old silk road where camel trains once passed and stopped to rest. The Haveli is a house of a rich merchant, built on a specific pattern and decorated with the...
