Nice hotel with beautiful garden. Large room with typical indian style. Restaurant offers correct buffet but be careful about the price of the drinks which are amazingly expensive. Hotel is located outside of Mandawa, nothing to do in the neighborhood. More generally, Mandawa excursion could be bypassed or skipped in your Rajasthan tour. Not very interesting, you will have many other opportunities to see havelis elsewhere.

A nice, neat and clean place to stay in Mandawa. This is a new property and different from so called "mushroomed heritage properties" in this area who charge exorbitant price.
Their team in the leadership of Mr. Naruka (GM) is very helpful and courteous. Food is good and an ample of open space in the shape a well maintained lawn. A good place for outing with family and friends.

Lovely hotel, with rooms set around a nice open lawn / garden. It has a pool, which is great if you want to cool down after a day in the Rajasthan sun.
The rooms are clean and fairly spacious and if you are on the ground floor, they have a lovely porch with table/chairs that looks out over the garden.
Breakfast / dinner is buffet style in a restaurant that isn't particularly atmospheric. Staff are very friendly though.
During dinner (when we were there at least) they had a musician playing, which was ok. We weren't quite as keen on the little boy dancing as entertainment (way past his bedtime), but some of the guests on neighbouring tables loved it.

This hotel has nothing to offer if we talk about service or food. Tasteless food pathetic service are its TRP and on top of that this hotel books its central ground for destination marriage despite of the fact that other guests may get disturbed. We planed to stay here from 31/12/2015 for 3 nights and our 31st night was spoiled totally ... food was cold , not served properly and no entertainment at all. We were group of 5 families so we managed to find some entertainment value within our group otherwise they tried their level best to screw our 31st night. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. Only good thing was hotel manager "Naruka" who was very genuine and tried to help us within the limited resources but was not sufficient at all. We checked out next day itself to save our trip.

Mandawa is a wonderful place to visit, with stunning painted havelis and a great community. Desert n dunes is close to the town, and has lovely rooms in little pavilions set round a wide open space. We were welcomed with garlands and music. The rooms are immaculate with great bathrooms, and it's a very relaxing location.

The food in the restaurant, however, is very disappointing. It isn't very appetising, and breakfast was a bit grim. Although the dining hall is nicely decorated it feels a bit like a canteen. The staff work very hard but often seem stretched and the restaurant is not very well organised. The manager is not very helpful. The restaurant needs an overhaul, and if the hotel could get this right it would be a great place to stay.

By chance we stopped at this property on last Sunday and had a wonderful stop over. This place is amazing with 100 rooms and they have a pool and restaurant with other facilities etc. The staff was very courteous and the manager himself was a nice person and shared a lot of info about the property itself. Need not say much as I have attached the pics for info.

Hotel was not well maintained - water did not work and random sleazy paintings on the wall. Food crazy oily. Most important they charged us for two days instead of one on a late checkout we had confirmed with them. They claimed the system logged it and nothing can be done. Watch out for these cheats.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, with a really nice complex with pool and big rooms. The breakfast is included and has all you want. At night they illuminate the whole area and looks so nice. The rooms are like kind of cottages and have their own little porch. The only disappoint is the show they offer for the night as there is only two people doing an act of dancing and that's all. But apart of that really recommend it.
