I visited this place with my friends. Hotel was good and taste of food was very good. Good services were provide by hotel but hotel was 5-6 Kilometer far from Mandawa city that was little disappointing.

Hotel and stuff was alright. Had some issues with communication in english.
I HATE when someone is making a fool about me. When i buy an internet access which was 300INR for 24h of usage it means i can use it for 24 hours of transfer like in every normal hotel in the world. The wifi password was working for next few days. But internet only in the lobby. So every day when i was spending time in lobby using an internet that was working since first purchase. The stuff was writting down that i have purchased another 24h acess what left me with a hudge bill after all! Not professional not fair for the guest.

We were very happy to choose this lovely hotel it has huge Gardens, lovely poolside and best part is it has most beautiful sun light coming in full day so I'm winters like this we were in the gardens or on the pool side enjoying sun 🌞 and very warm hospitality of very courteous staff.

We had planned destination wedding at this hotel, we had our worst experience..no response person was available from hotel side on wedding day. Every staff member left at main wedding time. We have spend 15-20 lackhs approximately and we're promised many things during 4 months of discussion but nothing was done on wedding day...they are liers and unprofessional ..if it would have been possible they would have even taken away hotel walls ... please do not plan anything at this place worst experience.
We had done detailed discussion on paper and everything was agreed from there end but on end moment they had even shut down complete hotel lights during wedding.

God help those who choose this hotel as an option for staying.....or in other words I should be saying for those who get fooled by the name of the property or for those who don't have an issue : 1. With having a cold water shower in the month of December (we had taken three rooms and had to wait to get buckets of hot water...mind u they have only two buckets...so carry your own) 2. Or those who don't mind walking to reception every time they require something as the intercoms in the rooms do not work 3. Or walking to the kitchen in case your two year old requires hot milk as they don't give room service 4. Or those who want to rush to front desk to inform hotel staff about that electricity not being their and generator should be switched on 5. Or for those people who don't mind get getting informed at lunch time that their buffet is not made and they have to choose what to be made..only if their plan allows (we choose to eat in a nearby hotel....and it was tough ask getting our lunch money refunded)
We paid Rs 400 for a two litre bottle of thums up....so try carrying your own soft drinks in case you still decide to stay there. Some of you would be wondering, why not check the menu card...it is coz there is non available.
The worst hotel that I have stayed all my life....I am contemplating suing the hotel, but guess what...I can't as I have no receipt .... The owner deals in only cash (income tax department wake up...) and gives no acknowledgement and for sure no tax on such income.
But I must acknowledge hotel staff...they were trying their best but I guess they were also limited in resources and definitely in staff.
Avoid...avoid....avoid and avoid...to all those planning to stay!!!
My request to the owner, do not ruin our country name by providing such sub standard service to foreginers who visit his run of the mill property.

In first look you will feel like it's a 3 or 4 star property but if I will talk about the service they don't have class or star.. even hot water is not available in morning.. you can't take shower.. They provide hot water in buckets after 1 hour waiting continuesly for 5 days.. We were there for any special programme for 10 days.. even we plan to shift the property but all the property was booked.

We decided to visit Mandawa after finding about it online and zeroed in on Udai Vilas Palace. The route from Delhi - Mandawa is pathetic and does not have good roads but is the only way to reach this place. Finally, we managed to find the place and were greeted by a traditional teeka welcome. We were shown to our room which was large and luxurious but was quite worn out(cheap repairs).
The staff was kind to arrange a traditional dance/puppet show for us. And we ate some of the best rajasthani food we ever tasted.
The only drawback of the place is its location which makes it unsuitable if you are visiting it during off season with your family. You might end up being the only people in the resort at night. And with the desert in the 10 KM radius, you might not get the best sleep.
Oh, and the resort does not accept credit cards. They have been accepting cash only for the last two years.
