I stayed at Raj Niwas for 2 nights and had a super stay. The hotel is well managed and has good food. Not a whole lot to do in Dhaulpur - it is the perfect place to chill and do nothing ! There is a temple and mazaar close by which make for a nice early morning trip. The ravines...

The former palace is now a luxury hotel owned/managed by the Rajastan Chief Minister's son. We had a fantastic suite in the very well kept grounds .The rooms were superbly appointed with large and a shared lounge, private courtyard and plunge pool. The only criticism was the transparent glass door to the toilet in the bathroom!). Excellent food throughout our stay. In...

absolutely fantastic villa in fantastic well kept formal grounds. The old palace looks wonderful. Our villa was 5* with our own plunge pool- sat with a beer and enjoyed the moment. The only negative was that the staff at dinner were not as attentive as we have been accustomed to. Plates not cleared before next course, but this was the...

Palace with beautiful grounds. g size rooms and bathrooms with a private courtyard however we didn't realise that some rooms have there own swimming pools and we may have been able to upgrade. Very friendly General Manager and staff buffet food good. We also enjoyed the riverboat trip.

What an amazing hidden jewel !! From arriving to departing we were treated like honoured guests and part of the family. Everything about this place was excellent, even down to the wonderful boat trip. This hotel is a must for anyone doing the golden triangle. Vikram and his staff made our stay here the highlight of our tour.

We were 22 couples out to celebrate 25th Wedding anniversary of our friend as a half day picnic. Though everything was booked in advance there were no arrangements for group seating. The High tea served had stale sandwiches which when pointed out to the head waiter he accepted tried his best to replace but they never came. The Dinner was...

Like other reviewers we were surprised to find our own plunge pool for each room. The place is plush and very friendly with excellent staff who do go out of their way to help. We were fortunate to meet Vikram Singh Rathore, the General Manager, who was extremely helpful to us in our photographic efforts and even accompanied us on...

In a hurry while checking out, I left several of my belongings in the room. The hotel staff courteously arranged to get all my stuff couriered to my city at their own expense and in pristine order. They took complete ownership although it had happened due to my oversight. I thank the management and staff (specially Chahat Agrawal) who helped...

We entered the gates to this hotel and immediately it looked and felt tranquil. The beautiful palace in the background fronted by immaculate lawns and gardens gave it an air of timeless beauty. The villas were spacious, private and with the addition of our very own plunge pool which was set in our own courtyard. The interior was art nouveau...

Heritage hotel with mostly groups arriving and staying only one night. Overall very rural area. We enjoyed the property for two nights. We stayed in the newly build block - rooms are clean and well equipped. Only hot water supply was once a while an issue. Lack of WLAN would be an area to improve. Buffet and "a la carte"...
