I stayed overnight while i was touring on my motorcycle to Jaisalmer from Bhopal. There is decent amount of parking available at premises which is good. Rooms are big and comfortable, clean toilet, there is no complimentary breakfast but you can always order from the room and the menu is adequate and prices are reasonable. Swimming pool opens up at 8 and closes at around 6 in the evening. The toilets at the pool need some restoration. They were not in the best of condition and requires attention. Also the walls which you may see from the elevator are not in best of the condition and requires cleaning/detailing. You feel very safe in hotel premises. Hotel staff in general is good but i expected a better welcome with at least a “hellow” from the reception while i made an entry. Overall the hotel is good and recommend for the value it offers considering the price.

Dear management, i regret to inform you that my recent stay at your establishment was highly unsatisfactory due to several glaring issues with the management and facilities provided. I feel compelled to provide feedback to ensure improvements are made for future guests. Firstly, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Wires were visibly protruding from the walls and sockets, posing a safety hazard. Additionally, the bed mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, hindering any chance of a restful sleep. Moreover, the inconvenience of being asked to pay in cash only, with no option for online or card payments, especially late at night, was highly inconvenient and outdated. This lack of flexibility is unacceptable in today's digital age. Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities such as water bottles, with only ro water available, was disappointing. Guests should have easy access to essentials for their comfort and convenience. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff further added to the dissatisfaction. Chewing gutkha at the reception and during service interactions is not only unhygienic but also reflects poorly on the establishment's standards. Overall, my experience was so sub-par that i would advise others to avoid staying at your hotel altogether. It is disheartening to say that i would have received better service and accommodations at a roadside hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the quality of your establishment for future guests.

it is a resort for name sake. it is worse than a lodge. the sofas, linen were stained. extremely dirty cupboards and absolutely dirty bathroom. Wires were hanging in the open. I was forced to change 3 rooms in less than 24 hrs. Here's the snip of my experience : Inadequate lighting and the worst was-- there can be a mouse in the room as i had one running around on the morning of 24th Dec 22. i don't think their staff is adequately trained for hospitality industry. The only saving grace is that we were well served considering we were a group of 27 people. however don't have very high expectations if you intend to book it.

Stay was comfortable indeed. Food was excellent. Hotel staffs were polite and welcoming. Considering COVID 19 pandemic time and adverse effect thereto pertaining to hotel business, stay at Ranbanka was certainly worth more than what they charged.

Good place to stay at the the rooms the ambience everything is good the staff was also helpful. Overall experience of the stay was pleasant and the food was also good, i recommend Ranbanka to everyone visiting bhilwara. The hotel gives that old palace feeling but with modern touch.
