The Grand Ambassador is well located, close to the railway station, bus terminal, shops and main National road. When we arrived, the staff parked our car in a safe secure location. The entrance to amazing and not what you would expect from Phagwara. Very high standard. The bar was well stocked with a wide range of beers and spirits. The bar staff very friendly and attentive. The Restaurant was very pleasant again with great staff who interact with the bar staff. Very good choice of dishes and very tasty. Would definately go again with friends, family and business.

In the end of July 2019 I visited with my friends to enjoy dinner here. It was really mouth watering preparation and service was also very good. Hotel ambiance is also very nice, neat and clean. Excellent

I stayed This properly during my visit in phgwara. The ambiance and hospitality of them very impressive. The staff is very helping. Room are much spacious. Lips smaking Food and service. In the small city they Maintan it well. I highly recommend to All who travel to this city. 😊😊

it is a pleasure writing this review. Stay at the Grand Ambassador, even for one night, was a wonderful experience. Their hotel is mostly run by very professional women (including housekeeping) and rooms are wonderfully appointed with everything working perfectly. food was delicious (whatever we had) and the highlight of this hotel is its artistic beauty. I was struck by amazing paintings and lovely wall designs. a wonderful experience, true value for money and if ever in these parts, will not hesitate for a second to stay at this hotel. Great job guys!

Had visited the hotel just to have coffee in the evening ,nice location and the staff was very polite .In spite of telling them that we would just like to have a cup of tea / coffee ,the treatment given was excellent ,given a chance would definitely like to try their food in the near future

The Grand Ambassador @ Phagwara is almost Faultless, although the room described to us in the pictures was not given, and the management team were quick to realise that, and Immediately gave us the room as per we had seen, this was possibly a fault of Agoda Agents etc, the staff are wonderful people, WiFi is great not excellent though, Restaurant side of it is good, but as a sugestion i would advise them to leave cold milk right next to the cereals rather then having to ask and wait the extra time, as majority of us from abroad UK , Canada etc take cold milk with cereals, but all in all a top notch hotel with great facilities friendly staff etc...
