Stay is good, room & toilet is average, but clean with required facilities.
Food is very good, very good hospitality and staff.
Lots of activities for enjoyment and water adventure with families.
We ate in the restaurant on Tuesday evening. We were the first guests to arrive so we had a choice of table and the staff were welcoming. The menu selection is predominantly Indian and Chinese and there's a great selection to choose from. We went for chilli chicken, butter chicken, yellow dahl, mushroom dopiaza and rotis. All the food arrived quickly, was well presented, hot and very tasty.
The total bill for the 4 of us, including beer and water, came to around 2200 rupees which was well worth it.
A clean tablecloth on our table, staff paying more attention to customers rather than watching the TV and not having to ask for the music to be lowered on the TV would have given this place 5 stars.
Food was just ok types..
room service was amazing, I had the biryani with goat tasted like heaven.
the water park was crazy kids would have spent all day there if they could. resort offered all types of other family friendly activities as well {favourite being the zipline}!
monkeys are everywhere and were so friendly. rooms are also really clean with plenty of room to move around. bathroom was clean with basic amenities and rooms also had kitchenettes included. adults will even enjoy a sneaky Bev when the Kiddys are sleeping. ;> wished we spent more time here highly recommend

This resort located on the foothills of Shivalik hills offers you the worst experience of staying. The so called Superior Huts have a feel of some shabby hotel located in unknown town of India.
The AC doest not work, the shower handle is broken, the cupboard doors are barely hanging from the hinges. We had to arrange for pedestal fan so the we could just barely spend the night.
Although the resort has a waterpark , but running water was not available in rooms 24hrs.
The in-house extension telephone was not operational. We had to go and call someone , every-time if we needed something.
Almost all switch boards were non functional.
For over 10k per night this was the worst deal.
Go only if you want to punish yourself for working hard all weekdays
I had booked the resort for 2 nights 16th n 17th ; to celebrate my 4th wedding anniversary .
So far it has been an epic mistake on my part to have booked here.
We reached here at 3 pm . Went for lunch after checking in . We were surprised to see no snacks and no juice or cold drinks being offered . We were given choice of 2 veg n one non veg dish , no soups n no drinks no curd . Sweet dish was choice of gulab jamun or vanilla ice cream .my 1.5 yr old kid had nothing
got a glass of milk costing 100 rs for him . ( I had pre booked all meals so that I had choice of food while feeding him .the whole purpose of paying upfront for lunch n dinner stands defeated) . Dinner time was same story. This time they offered snacks . 2 veg n 2 non veg . But no fish or mutton items to be chosen . Only one type of veg soup available . ... that too on insistence . Long service time . Nothing to drink with food . The captain expressed his inability to be of any help ! The kido skipped food again . Without much fuss I paid rs 200 for 2 glasses of milk for him .
I don't have any high hopes for coming morming breakfast nor I am looking forward to it . Will be checking out in morning from this place .... having ruined my anniversary .
I took the lunch with the Foster beer near the pool side. The prices on the menu are on the higher side, but it is worth it. I tried Chilly chicken and Afghani chicken, and it was awesome and delicious. We enjoyed the lunch under the bright sun in the cold weather. The place is far from the city center and from pollution also. I liked it.
They also have caged closures for the birds such as turkeys, emu & white pigeons. The place is around 30 Km from the Hoshiarpur city (Punjab) and can be reached easily with the help of GPS. The road is single and well maintained.
They also have luxury cottages starting from Rs. 6000 per night. You can negotiate for the better price if it is not crowdy or busy. But i did not stayed for the night.
I had booked online a super deluxe room at this hotel for one night, and checked in on the 17th of August 2014 with my wife and one year old child. The lady at the reception Ms. Kalpana was extremely courteous and polite. We were ushered to room no. 319 in a golf cart. Being very hungry, we ordered food through room service and were told it would take 15 minutes for the food to reach us. It actually took one hour and three additional reminder calls. In between, I called reception to complain, the lady told me that room service will call me themselves in the next 5 minutes. They never did. Infact when I myself called the third time, they even denied having received an order from our room. The guy at the other end of the line told that their "captain" must have taken the order and failed to notify the same to the other staff. But I must say the food, though very late, was delicious and ample in quantity of portions.
While waiting for the food, I noticed that the description of the room matched that of the deluxe room on the resort's official website and not the more expensive super deluxe room that I had booked. I called reception to notify. The lady said it was indeed a super deluxe room, and was the only room available of any category in the whole resort. I accepted that, but a sense of dissatisfaction remained.
In the evening I called reception if a golf cart could be sent to take us to the spa. The lady said she is sending one. None came. I called again after 15 minutes, she said she is sending one, none came. I called again after 10 minutes. She said the golf cart was on duty with a "guest". I wondered if I was not considered a guest here. Anyways, I decided to argue no further and walked to the spa with my wife, carrying my sleeping child in my arms all the while.
On returning to our room, we called room service and asked if we could have french fries, which were listed on the room service menu for Rs. 180, delivered to us. The guy at the other end said there is a separate menu for fast food and that the french fries cost Rs. 240. I wondered what sense that made, and asked if he could send a guy with the fast food menu to take the order. He said he was sending one right away. Of course, no one came with the menu. I decided not to bother these very busy people anymore and after about an hour, drove out to a restaurant 24 km away for dinner.
We returned to our room, turned on the fan and found the ceiling fan creaking. Fortunately the AC worked so I switched off the fan. Had a tough time sleeping due to some people, probably some esteemed guests gone drunk, shouting and screaming. Finally, the noise ended and we could get a sound sleep.
The complimentary breakfast next morning was delicious and offered good variety, which helped us check out on a good note, but the whole experience left a lot to be desired, especially on the service front. For now, I would not recommend this place to friends and family.
