We have gone through major renovation and build new rooms renovated the older ones and come up with new banquets as well. Now our rooms are luxurious and better than others in city. We are located in the middle of city and provide with the best of personalized services.
From the entryway you might conclude "this place is past its best" but having visited 4 times it keeps on improving. They have added a new wing with much nicer rooms and updates locks and bedding elsewhere. The food in the restaurant is really good, especially the butter chicken tikka masala. The manager can be pushy and will try to hit you up for tips or squeeze a few extra rupees whenever possible, so don't be guilt tripped! Overall it's a reasonable good hotel.

This hotel is located in a plot size of 9000 Sq. Yards. A massive hotel along with two banquet halls. All centrally air conditioned. They are more used to marriage parties than regular hotel customers. But anyways, the service was good and rooms very large and comfortable. They have a bar and a restaurant. Food was typical Punjabi. Charges not very high. Over all - good.

We went there to celebrate my birthday . The food portion size is good and the starters and main course was good. However, the cream of vegetable soup was just a mixture of cream with bland vegetables. To our suprise,At the time of billing, we were told that card payment will not be accepted. So my husband went to withdraw money and the nearby atms were also not working. So when he returned and told them the same, they happily pulled out the card swiping machine and swiped the card. It was truly disappointing to see that just because of their laid back attitude at front desk, we had to do the runaround. I hope the management looks into the incident. It happened in 11th july at around 9.00 p.m

I stayed in the property for my business trip for two days in 6th and 7th April. From the outside the hotel look real fancy and gorgeous even the lobby and capsule lift look impressive hence the room is a big disappointment. The front hotel staff and the restaurant staff are very polite and understanding but the room service staff is big no. Be careful when you asking bottle of mineral water check the seal. Food at the restaurant is good in particular if you are fond of Punjabi Chinese food.

My son and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks in November of this year.' Once again it was a pleasant stay. The hotel has changed quite a lot since I was last year. Previously, I had to walk across to an internet cafe to pick up emails. Now the hotel has Wi-Fi and it does actually work - though it was a bit slow at times. They will try and charge you 300 rupees a day for the Wi-Fi but haggle. I did and got it down to 100 rupees a day :) The rooms now have western style thick comfy mattresses - previously, they had the thin India style ones. I am cold blooded and had ordered a heater. Also wanted a fridge to keep drinks cold. On my arrival both were in the room and were working. My room was immaculate and I couldn't complain. The food was quite nice. We always had breakfast…

We stayed here for one night, while on our way back from Dalhousie. We were too tired from a long journey and just wanted a decent to crash for the night. Hoshiarpur is a small place and we spent about an hour searching for a hotel, and finally landed at this place after asking some local people. The place looked nice from outside and even reception area was well decorated, so we fell for it. Pros: 1. Located in the middle of the town Cons 1. They claim to have central air conditioning, but the room was barely cool. 2. Beds were old, one of my friend got bad rashes 3. Food is average and very costly. On top of that they charged 25% tax, etc. on everything, even overpriced bottled water. 4. No lift 5. Waiters asking for tip after carrying the luggage to/from room was annoying

We stayed for one night. The rooms were old and tired but they were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though for dinner I had two bad experiences. I had ordered Minstrone Soup and I received was beetroot soup. If a hotel offers some cuisine they should get the recipe right at least. Secondly there was a fly in the fresh lime soda but they replaced it. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Stayed in this hotel for a day on November 29. Location: Good, Easy Day grocery store at walking distance, road is quite wide Reception: Good and helpful, needed to iron my shirt for the wedding the around 6 pm laundry guy was not available but an iron was given to me. Fair enough. Food: Didn't try Room: Clean and spacious, bathroom was also clean, the room and the bathroom look a little old but never the less ok Parking: Ample parking space available Tariff: 2500 for the room was a little on the higher side anywhere between 1500-2000 would have been worth it Caution: The hotel has a party hall which is given out on rent for marriage ceremonies if that happens during your stay it would be very loud and noisy out there. This was the case during my stay but as i was out…
