This is located in a congested market area of Rourkela. Got a convenient parking for my Car. The Hotel staff were helpful. The room was surprisingly large and well maintained. Can be better but no complaints. We were on the road and needed a place to halt overnight. Met all the requirements of a Road traveller.

Stayed here for a business trip to Rourkela. Room was spacious and with full of all required amenities. A perfect 3* hotel in Steel City, Rourkela. Service was good. Breakfast was not that tasty but ok. In room dining is of decent price and taste. Recommended.

i just returned from a super comfortable stay at this hotel. i was there for 1 night but as soon as i reached there, i was amazed and astonished at the finish, look, quality of this place. The concern for details is visible at every corner of this place and being a boutique hotel, it reflects the passion with which it has been designed and created.
The food is another area which requires a special mention. SUPERB will be an understatement. It is 5 minutes away from the Railway Station and adds tremendously to the convenience factor.
i recommend anybody going to Rourkela MUST stay at this place and feel the difference.

the room is nice. but a lot of noise from outside air conditioners. the light jumps at night and a generator is activated. impossible to sleep. sometimes they throw parties and the music resonates everywhere. and the corridors of the rooms smell of food

They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that I leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire. In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price. Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.

The restaurant bills are more than what is consumed. Understand from my friends they always do that. We had to point out the mistake. Orders were taken but few items were never served as everyone was supporting the party which was in the hotel. All the guests in the restaurant that day had complained. 17Dec2023. Food is very ordinary. Party loud music till 1230am. When requested at the front desk to lower the volume, only assurance came and nothing happened. They don’t have cut off time to stop music at the party!! The staff ( specially) the front desk needs to be trained on hospitality. They say they will call back and inform but they never call. Very disappointing stay.

The loud music of a marriage party is going on at 1.20am & after several reminders no one is listening & it’s continuing till now. Very very bad experience & never come again to this hotel. Zero control of the hotel & unnecessarily harassing the guests.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Central Park Rourkela. An easy 5 minute stroll from railway station, we were welcomed by friendly staff. Not the easiest check-in process as a tour group arrived just ahead of us. Staff went out of their way to help us. When room not yet available, we already started to explore the hotels surroundings, with Reception texting us half an hour later to let us know the room's been sorted. We booked a room with city views - it definitely does what it says in the brochure. Rooms are spotless, definitely all feels new and fresh. We were amazed by the restaurant has to offer. Excellent collection of food and prompt and professional service. Highly recommended

When a hotel is in there in the same city where you have a home,you don't get to stay in it..but recently I had a chance to stay in Central Park when my brother came visiting and even though I had sampled and admired CPs dining facilities before,this time I became an ardent fan of their hospitality and impeccable cleanliness and unbeatable rates. When in Rourkela stay in CP and get enchanted.
