Stayed in this hotel only once and it was great. The rooms are all great. Food served are excellent. The staff are efficient and courteous. It is clean. Its location is ideal to reach out entire Dimapur.

The rooms are cosy and clean and the staff are cordial and show commendable hospitality. I would say that this is probably the best hotel to stay in Dimapur. However, breakfast menu can be improved. Food is good, especially duck with Bamboo shoot is one dish I will not easily forget !

When u enter u will feel nice as it is nicely decorated . Rooms are very small . Washroom was chocked then i changed the room . Another room they shifted which was also small. Washroom was so small that when u sit on commode your face will touch wash basin . When u take bath , wasroom tissue will be immersed in water . No charging point for iphone . Tea is worst , always cold . Not much option in breakfast . Price is around 2500 per night , dont see make my trip price .

This was a very nice hotel, much better than I expected for North East India. The rooms were clean with hot water and air conditioning. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were very intent on providing excellent service. The restaurant had very good food and a wide variety of dishes. The Chili Chicken was my favorite. The staff did have a hard time understanding that Americans drink their coffee early with their breakfast. Once figured out they were prepared for our group each morning. The coffee was actually very good. Not just instant. If you find yourself in Dimapur for some reason I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed in Lake Shilloi with one of my colleague in a business trip in a double bed room.The hotel is situated in City Tower area of Dimapur adjacent to Vishal Megamart. The location is excellent especially for business hoppers like me. Rooms are clean but a bit small though.Has wifi and complimentary breakfast.The breakfast served was exceptionally good. I would advise on choosing this hotel for anyone who wants a decent stay with all modern amenities at close proximity to rail station and market area. Thumbs up from me

Was in Dimapur for the first time and was confused over hotel, then after lots of searching settle for Lake Shilloi, and the hotel doesn't disappoint me as a business traveler. They have well appointed room with all the basic amenities. Washrooms too have shaving kit, tooth care kit and other things in place. Breakfast is well spread and you have good options to chose from. Food quality is good and plus point of the hotel is that, its located at center of Dimapur city, you can complete your work and easily returned to your hotel.

We were amazed to find such a gem of a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dimapur. Hotel Lake Shilloi was wonderful, the manager Rachel Longchar and her team were so hospitable and we fell in love with all the hotel and restaurant staff. The spa was such a bonus and made our stay very special. Will definitely come again!

I had stayed in this property for the 1st time & it was a very good experience . I will give my 5 star ratings to all the facilities in this property The only issue which I faced here was the network problem in 6th floor because of which I could not make my telephone calls The food served in the restaurent was quick & Tasty Will surely stay again in this hotel

Quite a pathetic experience . Rooms are ok but service levels are extremely bad . The service staff is raw and can't understand ur needs. Loud music till night spoiling the tranquility of the place as the place is rented out for parties . There is no sound proofing . Till midnight one gets disturbed by loud music . Never again to this place . Also recommend to avoid staying here as it will not give you the feeling of coming back .

This is one of the costliest hotel in Dimapur but services are very poor. Only 1 Item to eat in Breakfast and rest all will be chargeable including Corn flakes, Omelet, etc which should be standard part of buffet. Not Recommonded.
