I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my Nagaland trip. This hotel's biggest asset is their staff, right from Receptionist to restaurant, who are quite professional, polite and humble and always ready to help. Rooms are Ok and fits to the price tag. Hotel is abit far from the main market (hongkong market, kachari remains, etc) but closure to the airport. The reception, restaurant and rooms are clean and hygiene. Food in this property is good (veg options). Overall, i would say, the hotel is offering a very good value for the money we pay. Also, i would like to stay here when ever visit Nagaland again.
I stayed for over night in this hotel and to be honest my experience was unpleasant. As room was congealed and moreover it was not clean. My experience was not as expected. I would not recommend anyone who plan to stay over night in this property. I don’t have any complain from staff member they are well trained and polite. I enjoyed the quality and quantity of breakfast it was clean and up to mark. Please take this as constructive feedback and take care of hygiene on prior before anyone point finger.
Nice hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean and spacious, and some of the staff was very polite and courteous, especially Diana, who took the trouble to make my stay more comfortable. They arranged for a thin, cotton mattress for me upon request, but I found that their regular mattress on the other bed was also quite good too. They also gave me a good discount of 15% on their normal rate when I extended my stay. The breakfast had limited variety, but they have a very good menu and the cook does a good job. The food is fresh and tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious and well-furnished, as is the bathroom. Some things still need to improve, though, and I have suggested those things to them: (1) The toilet flush is not very powerful and needs to be replaced/improved. (2) The window AC is not very powerful/cold and they should replace it with a good quality new split AC instead. Split ACs take up less electricity/power, and will not take up so much load either, especially given the power cuts in Dimapur. (3) They should offer some variety in the breakfast instead of the same thing every morning, and also offer lighter dishes for breakfast (upma/poha/idli/vegetarian toast sandwiches/pancakes/egg), as having chhole bhatura might not be a good choice in the morning. Else, they should give the option of a cheaper rate without breakfast so one can then order stuff a la carte. (4) Wi Fi is a bit slow and needs to be improved. (5) They need an automatic generator as one of the other reviewers mentioned, because the staff has to keep turning it on and off manually when the power goes off. (6) They should provide a microwave in the room, as they refused to re-heat stuff, including the tea, when it got cold. Even the omelette was often served cold, and they refused to replace or heat it. (7) The male staff is sometimes not very responsive, and they tend to provide contrary information to what has been said earlier. This needs to change. Overall, I liked this place. Nice and friendly people, and well-made, tasty, and fresh food. Loved the paneer cutlet and spicy Naga chutney. The windows have effective soundproofing. I would visit again if they improve on the above issues.…
Very polite and humble crew specially housekeeping lady and server in restaurant they are well professional and knows how to treat guest and needs bravo 👏 guys keep rocking only I was expecting king bed 🛌 but they provided me twin it’s was too different to adjust for 12 night.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is very quite unlike other hotels in the city. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent even though with a limited spread. Highly recommended for families.
Good, spacious & clean rooms & decent staff.... On the flip side, the hotel doesn't have an automatic generator. Dimapur gets regular power cuts and therefore, it takes quite a sometime before the generator is started. The problem aggravates during night when there are frequent power cuts. The second issue is that their complimentary breakfast mostly has a limited spread. Sometimes they serve buffet breakfast (with limited spread) but mostly they take orders out of a very limited choice of Indian or English items. I was dissapointed when I had asked for a 2nd cup of tea (since they had served the first cup in the beginning without asking me) and the waitress said that they serve only one cup per guest. I believe there is a huge space for improvement on customer service and empathy.…
Stayed for a night, very clean hotel with great services from the staffs....and the breakfast was very good too...we had a good stay der...we didn’t expected a room like dat with the budget we went for but it was surprisingly cool....would love to visit soon again..
The hotel is bit away from the center city but closer from the airport, the breakfast is good and simple with set menu, the restaurant is good & serves decent food, service is prompt. overall a good place for a nights stay.
Hi guys, I have just visited Dimapur and I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel Seb tower. I strongly reccomand the guest those who wants to visit Dimapur, Nagaland location wise very close to Airport and Rail station. Rooms are very neat and clean. Over all the food is too good in taste just like home made food. All the stuff are very polite and helpful.
