We booked for a one day stay on 1st June 2022 for our visit to Konkan. Initially, we booked it online by looking at the photos available of the property. When we visited, there was hardly any bookings, there was literally no one other than we three of us. We thought this would be an off season hence. But when we entered the property, we noticed there was water spill over on the room floor, the room servant told they'll cover this by placing carpet, which didn't happened even after 2 hours of check-in. The AC and TV provided in the room were not working and they have blamed weather for this. The bathroom door was not closing and one has to sing in the bathroom to let others know about their presence inside. When we planned to head over to the beach, the room was unable to be looked because of the lock and door which was damaged. After all this, there was no resolution from the hotel staff, and they were started looking into other rooms which had similar issues. We then ordered the food as we travelled from in the morning and were hungry. The food service was also pathetic as they had to visit the market to buy veggies to prepare. This was such an awful experience we never had in any of our travel visit. We finally decided to check out of this room and then had a word with Hotel manager to settle the food bill and started negotiating the room rent to consider as we hardly stayed for one hour and that to without any facilities. The Hotel manager was reluctant to hear anything and demanded the entire amount without accepting any of their fault. He then threatened us if we don't pay the full room rent and started arguing us. He then was showing us his local dominance and started fearing us on the consequences and also started abusing. I would suggest anyone reading this review not to visit this fkdup property even for free. Anyone who wants to spoil their vacation should visit this place.…

We had a great experience staying at wink of woodsville however there is lot of scope for improvement. The cottages were newly renovated it had a feel of staying inside a wooden cottage. The property is very well maintained with cottages on the ground floor and first floor. The staff is very cooperative. We were very disappointed with the food service. Whatever we ordered were mostly not available because of chef or the tandoor not working. It seems it's in a major revamp stage by February everything will be ready. It is at a 2 minutes walkable distance from the beach. The beach is clean and the promenade is not well maintained but nice place for the family to sit and relax. It's a great place for kids to enjoy along with the family. The swimming pool will be operational after the rainy season so the kids missed out on the swimming pool. WiFi is not available. Very disappointed by the service. In late night they cut off the lights and only AC will work. When complained about it they just pretend that the are trying to resolve this electricity problem. After 4-5 hours of acting the electricity start working because the issue with thier generator which they couldn't able to solve in 6-7 hours. After such a pathetic experience we asked about the refund of 50% amount as they not willing to understand our problem and also never responded to our problems also. Due to such a pathetic experience they offered us free lunch with out own choice of dishes. But when agreed to lunch they refused from their commitment and told us that you can order from what ever available at their kitchen stuff items only. We wanted tandoori roti, butter chicken and paneer tikka but as they said they won't start tandoor machine for single guest that's why you can not get these dishes, you have to go for other dishes which are not dependent on tandoor machine. Last but not the least their manager RAJ MAHTO pathetic, arrogant and manner less guy who don't now how to behave with the customers speaking in louder tone and refused from all the commitments what he and their colleague promised. It was an amazing stay here... And the food was really good following the recipes... And Mr. Raj Mahato was really very supportive and helpful and has taken care of all our needs during our stay... In one word we had experienced a great hospitality....

It was a shocker to know that the properly listed on Agoda was not what we got. Can you imagine a resort - with the kind of pricing, DID NOT HAVE SWIMMING POOL. WiFi was not available, bottled water was not available.. TV was not working,very poor service. They could not even a single time follow our food order. I paid approx INR 3000 extra for dinner in advance at the time of booking - but the kind (quality and quantity) of food was not even 1/3rd of worth the money. With the kind of price, we expected much better. The staff needs to be trained a lot... Huge potential for the property but it's a huge opportunity lost... Not recommended

A 5 Star property, in the making.Though it has just opened its gates to Guests in Feb but seems like they are in operations since ages. The team led by 'live wire' Christo is always on their toes, they make up for any and everything that you might miss. The ambiance, service, cleanliness everything is par-excellent.The rooms are laid out in a lush green garden in an hollow square with with double story pine wood huts, some of them facing the sea. We had the local cuisine and all the dishes veg, fish or chicken were very well prepared and were the best. The property is very well located and is just around 3-4 mins walk from one of the most beautiful and clean beaches that we have ever seen in India. The water during the high tide comes very close to protection barrier but during the low tide gives a very wide and long beach for all the water sports that you can imagine. There is also a beautiful well lit elevated track with a very good tree cover enabling leisurely walks possible at night or even during the late mornings. Word of caution for those travelling from Pune; Avoid the Tamhini Ghat road as it is under extensive repairs and is a 'No Go'. Use the Khopoli- Palli Road for reaching the NH 17 (Bombay - Goa Road). As against Goa, which during this time is sweltering hot, Srivardhan is very cool and pleasant. Vincca is a must visit for everyone who wants to stay in style at most reasonable rates and really enjoy the Sun and Sand any time of the year.…

It’s a very new property in Srivardhan. Few things are under construction like swimming pool, carpeting in few of the rooms but the hotel is still ready to serve you. Amazing location – Real beach front Outstanding Hospitality – Each & everyone in the team wants to do more than what’s needed Special mention to Cristo, the manager of the property. Always try to make himself available along with his team. Being no telephone connection yet in the rooms, the team`s work becomes tougher. Instead, they are always a shout away. Good to be the first reviewer of this property. We stayed for 3 Nights and it was overall a good experience. Great property; beach within walking distance of few minutes. Staff was very welcoming and were always available & ready to help. They have a multi cuisane restaurant and Food was great till we stayed there. Special mention about the General Manager of this place Christy. He personally dealt with us when we entered the property and accomodated most of our request. He is managing it very well inspite of all the teething problem of managing a newly launched property with all new staff. Thank you all.
