One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Within 5 mins walk we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Shrivardhan. The food was the USP, I must say. We enjoyed eating both veg and non-veg dishes. The food was cooked with so much of love which gave us the homely vibe.. Resort is very good and clean. Food is good. House keeping team is very polite and prompt. The room was cleaned everyday and reminder was provided for cleaning the room from house keeping team. In this COVID times this was very useful.
Our stay at the hotel was just for 3 day one night, but we extended it for 3 more days based on wonderful experience and treatment we recived at the resort. Luckily we met Vaibhav, Owner at Shiv Shanti Hoilday Inn, Shrivardhan. He briefed us about few undiscovered beautiful places like Aaravi beach and Shekhadi corner point,so which turned out be great location with superb sea view. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to the beach and we had a great time together. Awesome food and good services..best resort we ever visit.....
Will definitely recommend to my friends and others‍‍‍‍‍.....excellent services and surely visit again.... All respect for him and team who does a great job here. Excellent hoshpitality.

There are couple of reasons for giving it a 5 star. We booked the reservation over a call over their website number and it was a hassle feer accomodation. We were a perfect blend of family, bachlor and a couple total of 5 people. 1. Feel as a personalized holiday inn. Whatever your plans are just ask them where you want it to be room, lawn, roof etc 2. We enjoyed our own space on the roof top and on day two in the lawn 3. The lawn access was given and sitting arrangements were made (no extra cost). Kitchen closer was around 12; they cooperated to max extent 4. We had the kitchen access all the time for our child food preparation at zero cost 5. Beautiful rooms, lawn, swmingpool, emple space, hygienic 6. Owners themselfs take care of everything and are very friendly+cooperative 7. Beach is at walking distance 8. Sea food starters are must try 9. Staff is friendly ( always treat them as employees and not labour) 10. Hassle free check-in and check-out We made memories and will have them always

Pathetic experience and worst service. We decided to stay for one night at this place. Staff was cooperative however not able to serve on time probably due to shortage of staff. The management /owner (especially the lady on counter) is worst and too pushy with no human values. Total trip was ruined due to bad staying experience at this property. Owner has ego due to nearness of location to beach. Food quality was average to bad with very high cost on menu than regular market prices. Though property is huge, maintenance required (bath room taps not working, leakage, bad room smell) amenities mentioned are only for name sake to attract customer no wifi, swimming pool was not functioning, table tennis not provided/ allowed to play. Even after staying and paying demanded price owner locked door for amenities (kids were disappointed due to such bad behavior of owner)..Overall would say unless no other option do not stay at this property. No value for money..

We visited Shrivardhan and stayed on Christmas and following day. We stayed in standard rooms and the experience was average to the least. On check-in one of our rooms smelt really bad and the bedsheets that were put looked unclean. The same were changed although after multiple requests. Dinner experience on first evening was disappointing not just for us but for others too. We ordered Soup and noodles for kids but in spite of reminding them multiple times to not make it spicy it was still served with lot of spice. I heard similar concerns from other guests as well. It appeared that the staff was not prepared to handle Christmas rush of guests. Next morning another disappointment came when we went for 'complimentary' breakfast which had only one dish which was missal Pav. They though had tea and bread toast too but missal was not good so effectively complimentary breakfast did not work for me. We ordered omlettes but they were served burnt too. They did have decent pool, lawn, TT table and ample parking. Also the hotel is hardly 10 minutes walk from beach. The property did come across as one of the few 'hotel' experiences around among most of the homestays nearby. It appeared the staff was either disinterested or less motivated to help. When I asked for broom and spade to clean the room I was promptly given one instead of the staff suggesting that they would have someone come and clean at the earliest. If you keep your expectations low the chances are you could still end up being disappointed.

This was our first visit to Shrivardhan. My wife booked the executive room of the hotel on telephone. The room was large and clean as per international standards. we enjoyed our stay.Property is excellent .Managed by very pleasant and welcoming family. Our 3 years and 8 years were very excited with living in nature. just 5 mints walking to beautiful shrivardhan beach. On the property you feel like at home , farm house. All staff are nice spoken and helping. Food is excellent, no need to go out for food. Specially if you like fish and chicken, the restaurant has all what you want. My wife is vegetarian she enjoyed her food as well.On 31st December they arranged a party on the lawns of property.what a Perfect Family Holiday.

Shiv Shanti Holiday Inn is a lovely property near by the Srivardhan Beach which suffices all the needs of a relaxing stay. I booked a Deluxe room for the stay and the room was spacious with all the amenities like AC, Water Heater, TV with all channels and most importantly clean room. Pros of the property: 1. Deluxe room was spacious. 2. Staff is courteous and helpful. 3. You get WiFi at the reception :) 4. Ample parking space at the entrance. 5. Beautiful lawn area with hammocks, swings and palm trees. 6. Small but sufficient swimming pool to take a refreshing dip. 7. I traveled with my Dachshund Pup who enjoyed a lot. So, its pet friendly resort. 8. Food is good. Loved the Fish thali and Onion bhajji. Tea was on the sweet side than expected :) 9. Beach is hardly 800 mts. Cons: 1. The Deluxe rooms (Rooms in general )are on the 1st Floor or above so make it a point to book ground floor rooms Or Cottages if you travelling with Elder people. Overall, Loved the place. It's peaceful and you are sure to have a comforting stay.

Booked a Cottage with Mrs .Chalke in Mumbai. We reached hotel late due to traffic but check in was smooth. Hotel is very close to beach. Just 10 min walk. Cottage is clean and spacious. Cottage is not standalone unit but a large room. It is attached to a another similar large room. Very quite and homely ambience. Small swimming Pool but clean. Nothing great about the restaurant at hotel. Food is standard. Most of the fish items was unavailable. But there are few good restaurants at Srivardhan & Diveghar to try out. Still Its a good place for a family for a day or two.
