Nivant is tucked on the main road towards kas valley. But it's bang on the valley literally. U can see the whole valley and the city. Rooms : each room has valley view along with am attached balcony. Fabulous views ! Price : around INR 2500/- per night without breakfast. Great value for such a fabulous location. Service : it's ok. Not many good options as such but manageable. TIP : monkeys are usual to visit and aggressive too. Don't offer or leave food in the balcony. Leopards are a common sight early Mrng or late evening so not a great idea to step out after set timings unless in car
Normal rtooms, view is very goos, we saty at bunglow, which is yet to renovate, not a value for money, you shoudl go for rooms, peopel are good and frinedly, parking space, food is good. better stay in city andgo to kass.
After visiting long time to the resort, there is lot of changes happens in resort except management. We ordered Veg food and we dis pointed after eating. The quality of food is worst and cheap like street food. We told to manager to test food he also agree about our concern. I was surprise about my last visit and tremendous changes in quality and service of hotel. totally dis-pointed.
1 room 2 nights not at all value for money and that too with such a dryed breakfast which u can buy at a road side eatery for Rs.50/=. Staff are duds and in their own world, a bottle of water took as much as an hour, and then they forget about guests orders.... Trust me, Kaas is Plateau is a half day affair, u dont need to stop over for a night halt here at least.... location is mindblowing but then for the amount charged to me, I would have got Burj Khalifa for 1 night.... just an expression but its that expensive.....
Stayed in Nivant on our tour to kas pathar plateau of flower...hotel location is awesome with scenic bird eye view of Satara surrounded by lush greenery...hotel staff was very well behaved, soft spoken and carrying. Al-a-carte food was good in taste...though options were limited, breakfast was very good in taste...clean room with basic facilities...
