While returning from Satara to Pune with my wife, thought of having breakfast at their Vegetarian restaurant. While taking the order the waiter put up a face as if he was least interested. Next he tells that half of the items mentioned in the Menu card are not available. When I selected two of the available items he said it shall take time. I gave him a piece of my mind. He started apologizing and asked us to be seated. I told him with this attitude don't expect your guests to ever visit your restaurant and just walked off.
This place is a blot in the name of hospitality.

This is the worst experience one can go through, Will never ever stay in this hotel though I usually visit Sattara once every month , I booked a suite which was over priced for kind of cheap filthy people and service they provide- 5600 Rs for Suite-

1. In the complimentary buffet breakfast, every day they will serve you Poha, Upma and Idli Sambar only, though i stayed there for 3 days, after requesting them to change the menu for people having the same menu is so irritating, they were reluctant to serve anything else in the breakfast. (Check the pic for dishes kept in buffet)

2. Very Rude staff, the receptionist did not let me talk to the Manager, he said he has the authority to talk to me and he is next to manager, though i just wanted to see the manager and give him decent review about my stay.

3. No kettle for tea, no milk, no tea bags is provided.

4. Rooms were very dirty, used towels kept, bath tub was dirty, and water cap was broken, was not in a condition to be used

5. No shampoo, dental kit, no shaving kit, no body lotion was provided.

6. Electrical fittings coming out from the wall.

People dont get fool, this is not the Sayaji indore or Pune chain, they are some cheap people who are bluffing in the name of Sayaji.

Even if somebody offers me for free, i will still not stay there for the kind of rudeness the staff have.

Stayed here for a night as a pit-stop on the highway. The place, while very basic in terms of amenities, is modern, newly built, and hence quite well maintained. A nice view from our room of the fields around were an unexpected surprise. Convenient location if you don't want to digress too much from the highway, and the staff were fairly helpful too. It has a couple of restaurants that seemed to be well patronised.

While returning back form a long trip backto Mumbai, my wife and I we took a layover at the place. Not that we were expecting the same service of that of a sayaji pune or indore, but we were atleast hoping for something look alike.

Since it was an impromptu decision to stay at the place, the staff asked us to pay advance, which was okay. But the staff was absolutely not welcoming and least interested. We were tired so decided to still stay. On entering the room, the bathroom had used, half bottles of all toiletries, no bathroom slippers not even a dustbin in the bathroom and a single, crappy cheap towel, in spite ofthey knowing we are 2.

Our wifi was not working and the staff said "you're room is away from the wifi, hence no network" they changed our room. We asked for a pair of bathroom slippers, dental kit and earbuds. Not surprised, they had no slippers, no earbuds and the most pathetic dental kit witnessed ever.

Since we were tired, we asked for a complete DND. Yet at 630 in the morning, we were called to inform "breakfast is now seeved" seriously?

Food is decent enough, its q fine place to stop eat go. But I am definitely going to consider and think before checking in again in any of the sayajis again.

I was in here for a weeks stay on a not-so-early-planned business assignment.

Ambience and facility: Top-notch with plush rooms and impressive amenities.

Hospitality: I was taken care of well by Mr.Suhas & Dilip. I was just a Phone call away to them, should I have wanted something. Not to forget the pick-up and drops the Hotel provided and more important is these guys making it a point to check before-hand so that I don't miss on that.

Food:Mr.Pravin was sizzling with his culinary skills. One suggestion to the Hotel would be you can add lot more Fish & Sea food dishes to the Menu.

Overall:4.5/5

Visited this restaurant on our way back to Pune from world heritage site - Kaas plateau. The restaurant was clean, service was good, but the food was pathetic, lacked taste, and preparation was completely different than what we get in other restaurants . For instance Chicken in Malwani, wasnt marinated well, and filled with Tomato pieces!!
