We stayed at this place during our visit to Kaas Pathar. This is closest to the Kaas pathar and has ample parking space for vehicles. The rooms facing the valley have fantastic views and shall be preferred. The resort is trying to expand and build fun resort with few swings/ play areas. It also serves as a destination wedding during the off season. However, the rooms lack basic amenities commensurate with the price being charged like tea kettle, bottled water, WiFi, intercom, cupboard, iron, basic furniture like table etc. There are lots of bugs in the evening (you are in the nature) so put off the lights and close the doors/windows tight. The bathrooms are tiny.

At a price point of Rs. 3500 approx one goes with a Ginger or IBIS or Lemontree standard. This place is far from it. If those are 6-7 on 10 against a Marriott or Sheraton say, this will be a 2 on 10. Very run down and sad. Lots of reviews mention Great Location. Well it overlooks a valley and a lake as many other hotels do in that area. They are 300 feet away from the booth that sells tickets to visit the plateau. No big deal. You have to drive 5 mins to a parking lot and park your car from where they bus you to the plateau. Another 5 mins ride. We "checked in" at 10 am, took the room in, asked for it to be cleaned once again and went to Kaas. After a tired 2 hours wife and I looked at each other and decided it was best to drive back to Pune. The thought of spending the night there when we had a better option just 150 minutes away was too tempting. We forfeited the money and made our escape.

We felt sorry for the housekeeper cum receptionist cum waiter when he looked hopefully at us and wanted to know "what exactly was wrong". We told him it's our fault that we have gotten used to something different and that he had done a great job.

But keeping emotions aside, skip this place at this price point.

It is a basic hotel but clean rooms with enough space. We had booked a room with a private balcony facing the valley with awesome views. The advantage is that it is the closest to valley of flowers( about one km) and about 2 km from the Kaas lake. Mohit is attentive to the needs of the guests. The food in restaurant is freshly prepared and they also made a vegetable of our choice. A tea maker in the room should be provided. A good option for a short stay.

This I thing is a new concept making u stay in a fungus filled room at cost of 15000 and giving you unclean fungus bedsheet and blanket, also with u deviant mind serving bread butter with fungus stains and bread with fungus growth and after confronting the manager Sagar he accepted that bread was stale , upon discussing the things with owner he gave a reason that temperature goes in minus degree and due to moisture the fungus growth is acceptable

Now i'm usually a person who prefers luxury to view and proximity etc (see my other reviews for verification). But i need to talk about this place. It's been around for a year or so. The hotel looks bare bones from the outside (almost hostel like) but the rooms are huge, very well maintained, bathrooms with new fittings, clean linen, a pleasant surprise. And for the fact that its stones throw away from the Kas Plateau makes it a steal deal. Yes you can argue that the money can buy you more luxury and amenities, but this was great for me. The view is stunning. The food is fab and cheap.

They usually don't have room service but with the right smile and attitude they will do things for you.

Network coverage is spotty and that the best part.

This hotel is located very near to Kaas Plateau. They have main building and two rooms each in steps away. Rooms are good but insufficient woolens blankets were provided. The night was windy and very cold. Blanket provided was not sufficient to protect us. To reach the rooms in lower part was also difficult because of slippery path for rainy season. Food was OK. One can see beautiful valley from the varandah.

Rooms are too small as we spend 4200/- for 2 adult + 2 kids.
Room full of insects. Need to protect room from insects it looks risky to stay in you have kids with you.

Hotel guys told me room in executive room there was nothing which make it executive.
queen size bed for 2 adult + 2 kids. No television working.

The view from rooms and even view all along while driving towards Nature Plateau Paradise is just amazing. The weather was awesome, it was super windy and hence cold. Temperature at night went below 18 degree C which was super fun for us we loved it coming from the hot and humid mumbai. The food at their restaurant was good too. We only had non-veg food. Mutton was cooked in superb village style masala just loved it. Service was good too. Only one thing missing in the whole experience is that there are no outside sitting areas like benches etc to just sit chill and enjoy the view and weather. I would have personally just love that. Hence a 4 or instead of 5/5.
