Stayed for two nights in this hotel on a business trip. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were functional but linen was not clean. They had not bothered to change the pillow cover. Towel was also ot spotlessely white. Do not expect good spread in the complimentary break fast. The menu was same on both days. They get you good omlette but plain bread without toast.
Hotel is centrally located on Mirag Sangli road. Wifi is available only in the reception area. I was told this was the best hotel in town.

I stayed here with my family for 1 night on my way from Sangola to Shirpur. I booked it telephonically and I was offered discount on request.
Check in was smooth. Parking of my vehicle was inside the hotel premises and I found it to be secure. As we checked in late we ordered food to be served in our room. The food quality was good and service quick.
The airconditioning and other systems were working fine and the stay was calm and comfortable. We found the bed linen and the pillow covers dirty and torn out ones. It was late night and we didn't call them up to change.
I found a few foreign nationals have also checked in at this place. What impression they would have carried after being offered such service.
But I still believe that the hotel management is sensitive enough to take care of such petty things in future.
Overall satisfactory experience except those linen and pillow covers.

Pathetic rooms, uncleaned unhygienic rooms, AC charges have been charged without even AC being functioning despite several complaints. Front desk officers are very rude and unsupportive. Even at the breakfast we took extra vada Pav for kids bcoz we were supposed to travel immediately after breakfast. And the hotel management charged us for even a vada Pav. Only one bottle of mineral water when u arrive. For rest number of days it’s everyday chargeable. Fridge in the room not functioning, WiFi constantly gets disconnected, washroom seems to be very old and untidy, uncleaned. Pls DO NOT visit this place ever. Try some other hotel. Thanks !!

If you are walk in customer. Rack rate is exarbitantly high considering quality of room. Room interior is old. Need refurbishment. Need to change facets and wc. These are old type. Over all very much average hote.

Stayed here for 1night. This one is Just a few minutes auto drive from Sangli railway station. Stayed with a co-delegate. We had an Business Suit room. The check-in was smooth and quick. great food, good service... had a great time..! Icon Inn really impressed us by the way they have maintained their quality in every aspect of hospitality, food and the over all ambiance. Every thing was just mind blowing. Will sure visit again.!!

Bathroom very dirty, bed sheets stained, breakfast ok. I gave my feedback to the reception staff so I hope they take my comments on board. The colleague I was staying with was also unhappy at the cleanliness levels so it wasn’t just in my room.

Stayed here for 2nights. Just a few minutes auto drive from Sangli railway station. Stayed with a co-delegate for attending a conference. We had an executive room. The check-in ( at 5.45am) was smooth and quick. The room was spacious with comfortable double bed, TV and an A/c. The bathroom was big. Extremely clean , this was a huge plus point.
However, only 1 towel was given for 2 occupants, so had to remind them daily. It was given promptly, though. No electric kettle in the room, though room service was available. The staff are very courteous and polite and helpful. This appears to be a very safe place for women travelling alone, to stay.
The buffet breakfast was good- vegetarian. I think the breakfast should be started a little earlier, atleast by 7.00am. Tasty food and quite adequate. Check out , too was easy. Hotel staff were very helpful and offered to keep our luggage at the reception till the conference was over.
The reception also offered to arrange a vehicle for local sightseeing.
A very good experience and will definitely stay here on my next visit to Sangli.

I was new in Sangli/ Miraj. I was not sure about hotel in this area. But when I was kept in this hotel, I was surprised. Its a good hotel.
I was in business trip. And I liked hotel, food, behaviors of staffs.
If I am coming again at Sangli, I shall prefer this hotel.
