Very nice place for a family trip if you are planning to visit Kashid Beach / Murud Janjira Fort area. Pros: Very humble and polite staff, they all together make sure that your stay is comfortable. Clean rooms and other common areas, sea facing view from all rooms, Kashid beach is just 5 mins drive from the resort and there is a rock/stone beach just in front of the resort which you can walk to in the morning during sunrise. Mountains on the back of the resort which gives the resort a very nice look overall. The common garden is spacious, very green and sea facing. it is also decorated with nice lighting arrangement, which makes it look very nice during night. Food is nice, Fish thali is amazing and they make sure that you are comfortable during lunch/dinner time with food options. Breakfast is included with light items - Idli, Upma, Eggs, Pav Bhaji with Juice/Tea/Coffee. Suggestions: 1. The facility does not have intercom facility - they said they are working on it, and also they are always available if you just walk out of your room. 2. Food Menu card is not available, considering specially at night there is no restaurant near by, it is better to keep a simple menu card for guests to chose and order from room itself. 3.There is not much space to keep toiletries in bathroom, they should make some space for that around washbasin.…

I must admit that the mind was full of trepidation because it was our first family trip during this rather forgettable year 2020, as Covid cases continued to spiral across the country on a daily basis. But we simply wanted to get out, we had enough of fear and being closeted at home ! For a start, Omkar had a very positive and reassuring voice when we spoke on the phone, and went out of his way to make us feel safe and comfortable. The experience stayed the same when we eventually reached the hotel. It is certainly an incredible location - The shimmering sea in the front and the forests at the back. The property was very well maintained, while it had just about opened up for the year after the lock-down. Most of all the service was great, the food was yummy, and we were surrounded by smiling helpful faces all the time. In particular Vedant, Omkar and Rupesh were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. This was our 5th or 6th trip to this Konkan belt, we are simply in love with its tranquil beauty, and I can safely say that this was our best experience to date. My family truly enjoyed our stay here, and I would highly recommend it - Great location, value for money, great food and incredible service !…

Superb location. Back side you can see the hill so close and the front side the beautiful sea. Such a peaceful ambience this hotel has got. The hotel people are extremely helpful and polite with personal touch in their interactions. Rooms are very well kept and food was also good. Beach is just 2 kms away. I visited with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was an unique relaxing experience and would love to visit again.

The beach is exactly 2kms from the resort. Quantity as well as the quality of food is awesome.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. One of the best hotels I visited.

We found this place online and chose it reading the reviews.... I am glad the reviews were accurate. The place is stunning, the owners are politest and helpful, even the help staff was amazing each and every person. But the highlight was the owner's mother herself cooking all the meals and they were so freaking yummy that every single meal we ate there for 4 days ended up us overeating. The rooms are cleaning and well kept... The front yard is well maintained. When the place and people are so nice your expected holiday ends up breaking your expectations and you feel rejuvenated at the end of the trip. The attractions like kashid beach, janjira Fort, a couple of temples are easy access from here and even if you don't have a car the owners help get the auto rickshaws with good prices to take you around. All in all... If you are looking for a stay in this area I would say look no further you have come to the spot you won't regret. We certainly didn't. We were so so so happy with our stay that i know now when I go back this is the place we will stay.…

We were 2 ladies who stayed for 2 nights in the double deluxe room in July 2019. The hotel is easy to find but due to poor road conditions you will experience a very bumpy ride. But in some patches on the way the view is beautiful! Here is what you get in a double deluxe room: Large clean room on the 1st floor of the hotel overlooking the hotel's lawn and the sea King size bed + 1 single bed Private sit out balcony Comfortable mattress and pillows 40 inch flat screen tv Dish tv Split AC Wall clock, Fan, Wardrobe Attached private bathroom with shower and hot water The hotel is right in thr middle of a hill and the sea. Room was breezy with good cross ventilation. Sleep quality is truly excellent! You will really feel very relaxed when you stay here. The only sound you hear is the ones made by the waves of the sea. This could also be due to the fact that we were the only guests in the hotel at that time. Get your own toiletries. The toiletries provided by the hotel are very basic. Towels and bedsheets are clean though. The hotel does not have many facilities. No kids play area, swimming pool or activity room of any sort. Hence I wouldn't call it a resort as such. Get some movies etc on a pen drive along with you. You can attach it to the TV and watch. As the hotel has Dish TV when it's cloudy or rains then the TV service gets disrupted. So just to be safe so that you don't get bored, get some content along with you to watch. Or get some books to read. There is no wifi in the hotel. The hotel does not have much staff. Since we were the only guests we got excellent service. No complaints. The staff was polite and helpful. The owner was always approachable and a phone call away. But I'm not sure what would be the case when there are more guests. The hotel does not provide a menu card as such. The food is like extremely simple home food and freshly prepared. Not oily or spicy. For breakfast, options available were poha, upma, omelette and bread. And tea. For lunch there is thali system. We ordered 1 veg thali and 1 chicken thali. The soul kadi and the dry chicken dish were very tasty. The staff asked us our preference for which vegetables we want to have. They would prepare accordingly. However I would suggest the hotel to improve small things like how to serve the food with all the required condiments and accompaniments that are required to be brought along with the food without having to call and ask separately for it (room service training needs to be given to the staff) There are frequent power disruptions but luckily the hotel has a generator for backup. Car parking is also available within the hotel compound. Overall, if you wish to have a reclusive relaxing holiday with the sounds of the waves in your ears and nothing much else to do other than to just chill then this is the ideal place for you. However I would strongly suggest that the hotel improves it's facilities and offers more things like: 1. Wifi 2. Pool 3. Kids play area 4. Menu with more food options…

Coco inn is perfect family hotel with clean and large size room. It also offers great sea view. Room cost you 3000 and 4000 for Non AC and AC rooms with breakfast. They have huge lush green lawn for children’s. Room s are clean. They have restarted as well. I found food cost bit costly but food was tasty. Good place for relaxation

We called hotel for booking and we were informed that the rooms are available and it will cost us Rs. 3000 per room including breakfast and they will book it for us. We asked if there is any way for online payment so that we can pay as an advance for the booking but they did not had any. We had informed that we will be late as we are still travelling and will have food on the way but the hotel manager kept on calling us every half hour to check if we are coming. I like the fact that they came to a nearby location and escorted us to the hotel as we could not find it. The rooms were fine but even after charging Rs. 3000, they did not gave us single complimentary bottle of mineral water but instead a jug of RO water. Even a way cheap hotel provides complimentary bottled mineral water to drink in the room. The breakfast had only 2 items, poha and omelette and both were not good. While checking out, to our surprise, we were given a bill of Rs. 5000 per room and later when we said that we were informed Rs. 3000 as the room charges, they reduced it to Rs. 3000 plus taxes which was never communicated to us. After argument we paid Rs.3000 and left the hotel. There was a lady (not sure if she was owner) who later started being rude and said that we usually give rooms at Rs. 5000 per night and this is only what we can give at this price. Spoilt our day.…
