Maybe you could ask them by email. Our transfer was booked through Chengdu Tour company. You have to WALK up steps the last 500 yards so travel light

I agree hire a local to carry your bag up. You can leave luggage at the tourist entrance in the left luggage and just take what you need for your stay.
