Staff service is poor not attentive ,food was good in quality and taste but use to come after an hr whatever you order..they dont give proper information while booking and then all extra noms, bathroom was not good at all..we got our vacation spoiled booking here even owner Mr Kumar does not bother for our complaints and we had to leave a day before our checkout really had very very bad EXPERIENCE by paying them was not worth ..

Tucked away in a cozy green spot with hills around it, this resort is ideal for both couples and families. Also quite ideal for business meets. Food is excellent. The staff is very polite, prompt and helpful. There's not much of activity, except for a few indoor games, badminton and a swimming pool. You can however do sightseeing and visit tourist attractions. The front desk helped us with contact information of the tour operator. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet break, away from daily routine and noisy cities, this place is really good.

This resort has very small rooms. Bathroom cover large space than rooms. Rest, Pillow, Bed and etc are good. Food is good. It has no location or objects where you do photography. It seems nervous. This hotel mean to create for Honeymoon couple only.

It was a memorable stay at the Resort.. As if we were in a rain forest Resort. Super cozy Rooms with perfect amenities.. Facilities of the resort r good.. Clean pool. Also the walking track which take u on the hill top... Super experience... Specially the food & service..

If you are a person, very particular about cleanliness and hygiene then this is not a place for you. At the price of 4500 per room night the least that is expected is clean fresh bed sheet , quilt and pillow. We had a terrible experience with this resort when reached at 1.30am after booking the room on the phone. The bed sheets were used my many with hair and dust , the pillow cover were turning black on the top, quilt had stains and pillows had fungus on them. I am not even mentioning the condition of the curtains, they were just filthy. Since we reached late and tired at night ,we requested the staff to change the linens and pillow , to freshly laundered ones. After a while the staff come with shabbily folded used set of linen from another room, which was equally dirty. The house keeping and reception kept insisting that it is clean and they do not have ironed fresh set of laundry. Since we insisted for fresh linen, it came to a point that the house keeping rudely walked out of the room leaving the room upside down and the reception staff (Sayam or Sayan) banged the phone. No one returned or answered for 30mins. We had to finally pack our bags and leave the hotel, because we could not sleep in those fungus ridden pillows and bedding after paying 4500 a room night . No sense of hospitality and manners in the staff to treat the tired guest and make them feel comfortable at the middle of the night. It was quite shocking to witness a decently priced resort with not even one clean bed sheet and quilts in there inventory.…

USP of the place is its location, situated in Vikas Valley, Khandala, with all luxurious spacious villas in its vicinity. Having said it, there aren't any shops or markets nearby, and no public transport either. Having your own transport at disposal will definitely help. Rooms are good, looked like all of them had a balcony, terrace area. Basic amenities in room were provided, bathroom on the other side is kind f ok only. Had geyser though with continuous hot water supply. Resort has a decent enuf pool for all age groups and indoor games area. Offers Spa services as well. Food was good, breakfast, dinner buffet was tasty and fulfilling. Overall a bit overpriced, maybe I went on a national holiday long weekend.

Stay was good. It is close to icici learning center in khandala. Cooperative staff, Decent hotel with decent amenities. Couldn't explore fully due to heavy rains. Breakfast served was a regular affair with not many options.

The experience was the best. What we require from a Hotel? Good rooms, cool ambiance, warm hospitality and best food!! And trust me, all these adjectives are appropriate for this place. Not only the Hotel but the surroundings are also very good. Amidst nature and soft spoken staff, stay was just wonderful!! We had a training conducted their, conference room and the other arrangements are good!
