Not worth, price on higher side, hotel rule is taken full money on arrival.rooms r good ( villa is better than tant) but magor problem is u have to face lots of misquoto and ear drum in room and management not have solutions for this, when we r there there is no cycles for kids if asking they say going fir repairing, location is only plus point and food quality is good taste wise but same menu they keep day by day. Overall average if u going with family for 2 days if couple then 1 day is also enough. Try other options near by that lots of good resorts thank u .sorry' for this bad reviews to hotel but hope by this they take precautionly action to their management and respect their guests not vlogger for marketing

Rated 3 Booking Experience: Very smooth. Ms. Komal from booking office was always reachable and cleared doubts. However, don't rely on her for what room to book, nor does her commitment made during the booking conversation gets to the resort office. Cost: Above average but reasonable. Getting there: 120km from Mumbai, off Mumbai Nashik highway, 20-25 min after climbing Kasara ghat. Use Google maps. Check-in: This was the most pathetic experience. And the blame goes to management, not the check-in desk. We arrived, and the reception cum dining area had 4-5 people looking like contractors/ known to the management. There were flies all around. Food droplets from last meal could be seen here and there. And the worst of all is their General Manager. We arrived in front of him and parked our car. He was chit chatting with the contractor looking guys. After 30 min.he comes to us saying "Is that your car. Remove it, it's not the right parking". I mean really, is that how you make your resort look welcoming to guests? If we were a walkin costomer, am sure we would have returned. Imagine the loss of business. Word to senior management - you have very good people on ground. Invest in their training. As for middle management (like the GM) you know what to do. Room: Bad and Good. Bad because we were given a Tent room, which is absolutely avoidable in rains (Fine if you're in large group or Winters). Good because we requested and got proper room the next day. Now this room was absolute charmer, with French windows, a sit-out area, nice central veranda, stunning views, close/ open to sky washroom, working geyser, etc. etc. Location: This is the USP of this resort. Sitting right in the foothills, clouds appearing and disappearing every minute, waterfall in front, 10 min drive from Bhavli waterfalls and dam. In fact, it has an almost private (not really) access to Touchwood valley at a 15-20 min trek. A heaven hidden in plain sight. Property: A mix. We liked the normal rooms, and hated the tents. But there were families which chosenthe tents and really enjoying, so upto you. What's not done is the access path which become slushy and slippery and dirty in rains. Management, am sure it's not too costly to make a 6-inch elevated path with anti skid tiles so that one really enjoy the rains. Other than that, it's ok. A nice machan for that feel, not that sitting in your room or dining area toy get any lesser views. Also, the place is full of stray dogs. While we absolutely love dogs and enjoy their company, if someone doesn't them beware - they aren't dengerous, they are just there. And ohh, how can I forget the Caravan music system. Though I hate this "Digital Detox" things hotels flaunt, we enjoyed the overall experience of old songs lulling us into sleep. Word to the wise - just because you don't have cell range or want to save on TV sets doesn't mean you will call yourself Digital Detox. Give the consumer choice to use the service they want. Other than that, cell network is strong, and ample parking for your car. Food: This is the best part. They have a superb chef whipping up the tastiest of plates. While am hard-core non-vegetarian, I didn't miss it while on the property. Absolutely lip smacking food. One small observation - our plan included welcome drink and snacks too but I literally had to ask for it, felt bad. Staff: The ground staff was very courteous and we'll behaved. Special thanks to Rupali ji and her female colleague at reception, Akshay ji and Ramesh ji taking care of rooms, security guard at main gate who verified our details closely, post cleaner who always used gloves and took permission before clearing, the serving staff and others. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Will certainly recommend to others and return too. For the food, I rate a point extra - from 3 to 4 :-)

As much property is good, the food is equally pathetic. We were ther for 3days n eveeyday same gravy of paneer was served. All 8 of us left the place with food poising. Service is super slow. After 8pm do not expect any one to pickup call at reception
