I had an absolutely wonderful stay at camel Valley in igatpuri! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, with lush greenery, well-maintained pools, and spacious rooms that offer a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
The food was top-notch, with a variety of cuisines that catered to all tastes. The resort's amenities were impressive – from the spa and fitness center to the recreational activities, there was never a dull moment. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my room, which made for a relaxing evening every day.
The resort's location is also a major plus – close enough to the city's attractions but still offering a peaceful and serene environment. Whether you’re looking to relax or indulge in exciting activities, this place offers it all.

If you are looking for a resort that hosts huge suites and fantastic food, you should narrow your choice to the Mystique Resort.
The resort is easily accessible, and it's relatively peaceful.
The staff is warm, courteous and welcoming.
Kudos to Mohit, Ravi, Suresh & Aditya.
I recommend an all-inclusive meal plan as the buffet/Chefs choice is amazing. *again emphasis on their food*.
There's good room for improvement in the context of the Interior of the room.
Those walls need a fresh coat of paint, and some basic decor would add to the value of such big rooms they provide.
To conclude, do visit Mystique valley resort for a joyful experience.

While the Mystic Valle Spa Resort in Igatpuri offered a spacious Premium Suite with a Living Room for our family of four during our three-night stay in November 2023, our experience was marred by various disappointments. Despite the promising description, the room felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and non-functional amenities like the Mini Fridge, Water Heater, Wifi, and Air Conditioner. The recreational facilities for kids, including the play area and gaming room, were either outdated or not operational.
Our attempt to enjoy the unlimited buffet for dinner came with a hefty price tag of 699/per head + taxes, but the taste and quality of the food didn't live up to expectations.
However, the silver lining amid these disappointments was the breakfast offerings, which were satisfying, and the attentive and helpful staff members who tried to assist despite the setbacks.
Despite paying a significant sum of close to 28k (including taxes) for our stay for 3 nights, I couldn't help but feel that the experience did not justify the expense.
Although Igatpuri is a stunning location worth revisiting, I will be more discerning in selecting accommodations, ensuring a better match for our preferences and expectations than the Mystic Valle Spa Resort.

This is regarding my recent stay at Mystic valley resort igatpuri. I had particularly booked looking at the star category expecting a 4*. However the experience was very disappointing.
I was given a room at first which was dampened with moist walls and leakages. On asking for room change they were quick with replacement of a room which was better in terms of leakages. However the room had very very dim lighting and the furnitures were also torn and dingy. Bathrooms were just ok but not great. And also the free Wifi promised wasn't delivered Still we didn't change that room assuming all must be of the same type.
At night i saw a big lizard crawling on top of the sofa in the front room. Somehow we managed to drive it away. Next morning we saw bite marks of rat on an apple which was on the table. On complaining about this rodents the management just apologised and said they will have a check but nothing happened.
Entertainment was the second reason we chose this hotel and the magic show and horse riding was closed. DJ party was reserved for the corporate private party. So in short we had to adjust with the game room and pot making-as I was witha kid.
Only worth mentioning part was food. They had good variety, reasonably priced and tasty too. Also the pool area is big but due to the cold weather and rains we couldn't enjoy it fully. Avoid this property for stay. Maybe for one day picnic it's manageable

We were told it's a carnival and we paid 3 times more. There was not enough staff to manage the crowd.
It rained heavily so the games etc got cancelled. Post 9 pm it was set up indoor. The pool was not clean and was stinking and towels not given even after 45mins. The room service cme to clean the rooms post 4.30pm with no water replaced until then.
Everytime we placed an order it took over 50mins to serve even if it was plain milk. The wifi is worst.
All in all the service was not as expected.

I visited the property in Sept 22 and i selected the property in a hurry. The property looks and feels old and will not give you a refreshing feel once you enter the property. It feels like the old guest living in its past glory.
I booked a Suite and the wow factory was the size of the bedroom with a spacious drawing room. Thats what covers up for all the shortcomings in the room. The furniture lights, toliet fixtures are crying for an upgrade. However the stay is comfortable and had a good night sleep. The room service is ok and sometimes it does take time.
The pool is ok and not so deep however the pool closes at 6 which is a bit weird.
The restaurant serves very good food and your tummy shall surely be happy . Was happy with the food quality and choices. The live music in the evening is good and adds a flavour to our dinning experience.
The activity room is average and most of the stuff is worn out and needs a refresh.
The staff was courteous and the room check in and checkout was seamless.

Its a large property with nice rooms and basic facilities. However, service is very poor, everything needs to be asked. While quality of food is reasonable, every time you need to ask to refill the food but still they were not bothered. Even I complained to front office but it seems they were not also not interested and least bothered. Even waster and room cleaning needs to be asked for

The location is good however the management is not friendly right from room allotment to the restaurant though we had taken all meals with two premium rooms in our package. The toilet jet spray is miles away from the toilet seat. The restaurant staff are rigid and so is the reception staff

we had a decent stay in the resort. The rooms are well maintained with no monsoon dampness which is appreciable. Food is tasty too with good spread in breakfast and dinner buffet.
The negative is the behaviour of staff (specially reception staff) which is lazy and unresponsive. The children play area was also missing which is even bigger negative.
Overall overpriced based on the available facilities.
