The reception here lead by Nishi and Issac gave us a warm welcome and ever helpful nature to answer and recommend options to us.
The fish spa at the front of the reception is a must to do, while your stay here.
The food is good, options were less but good. From a wastage standpoint they are doing good but providing what guests want under the alacarte option should be considered. More options should be introduced on a made to order basis.
The housekeeping staff and mostly all the people on the property were ever helpful in nature. Kind enough to give into all of our requests. Thank you Dilip and Raju at the reception and the housekeeping staff at building Lotus .
We had a great time here and look forward to visiting again preferably in the rains. Cheers!!
The resort is easily accessible, and it's relatively peaceful.
The staff is warm, courteous and welcoming.
Kudos to Mohit, Ravi, Suresh & Aditya.
I recommend an all-inclusive meal plan as the buffet/Chefs choice is amazing. *again emphasis on their food*.
There's good room for improvement in the context of the Interior of the room.
Those walls need a fresh coat of paint, and some basic decor would add to the value of such big rooms they provide.
To conclude, do visit Mystique valley resort for a joyful experience.
We were told it's a carnival and we paid 3 times more. There was not enough staff to manage the crowd.
It rained heavily so the games etc got cancelled. Post 9 pm it was set up indoor. The pool was not clean and was stinking and towels not given even after 45mins. The room service cme to clean the rooms post 4.30pm with no water replaced until then.
Everytime we placed an order it took over 50mins to serve even if it was plain milk. The wifi is worst.
All in all the service was not as expected.

Our attempt to enjoy the unlimited buffet for dinner came with a hefty price tag of 699/per head + taxes, but the taste and quality of the food didn't live up to expectations.
However, the silver lining amid these disappointments was the breakfast offerings, which were satisfying, and the attentive and helpful staff members who tried to assist despite the setbacks.
Despite paying a significant sum of close to 28k (including taxes) for our stay for 3 nights, I couldn't help but feel that the experience did not justify the expense.
Although Igatpuri is a stunning location worth revisiting, I will be more discerning in selecting accommodations, ensuring a better match for our preferences and expectations than the Mystic Valle Spa Resort.
Good things first
1) hotel is in good location at Igatpuri with good valley views if you opt for valley room. Looks quiet pleasant everytime you look through the window
2) Food is very good. Breakfast very nice having nice varieties, so better to include breakfast in package. Lunch and dinner was also of top quality. We were served very well by Mr. Ravi, Ajayji and Aditya, thank you guys for your great be service.
3) recreation activities are nice. Gaming room has lot of options, we enjoyed a lot here. Carom was of good quality and not just for name sake. Horse riding, pot making, magic activities were around 15 min each, were nice and we enjoyed them. Magician diljan was talented but down to earth person. Lawn was nice and there is small park for children games
Now few things which need improvement
1) surrounding hotel are some villas. We stayed in mystic for 2 days, on first day from 6-10 pm there was loud dj going in a villa. We did not find it disturbing aa we were engaged in games but if someone stays in room, it would be quiet annoying. Resort should come with some policy regarding this
2) swimming pool was non operational and they offer manas resort swimming pool as it was booked for wedding, it was unavailable. This we did not like at all
3) hot water comes for just 10 min and then we have to wait for 10 min again for hot water to come back. Not acceptable from 3 or 4 star quality hotel.
Above suggestions if implemented can make this resort rated 5 star.
Regards
Things that I liked
1) property is big, huge lawns, nice walking area.
2) rooms are quite big, one room can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
3) food was very tasty, good options for veg and non veg.
4) the staff is very courteous and helpful.
5) this is the main reason I gave them 3 star and not below, as the hotel was providing good entertainment, one evening there was a live band it was really good and we enjoyed it.
Things that I didn't like
1) rooms are big, but they definitely need maintenance, walls are starting to get damped and there were stains on curtains and towels and my room windows lock was about to be broken, if I had opened it for one more time. So definitely the tariff what they are charging it doesn't make you feel worth it.
2) I went to the terrace for better view, as unfortunately the property is surrounded by upcoming buildings or cottages so the view is almost blocked, the terrace was a mess. I don't think it was cleaned for a very long time.
Where I completely understand the hotel must have suffered during these tough times like we all have, but at the same time the tariff and the room quality is not up to the mark. Overall 3star is generous rating.
