We decided to take a trip from Pune to Kokan to experience serene beaches of Karde, Anjarle and Harne. We reached around 3am on a weekday. All the resorts were closed. Luckily we found some people awake at this resort. We booked a non AC room for Rs 1500/- which is reasonably priced. To our surprise the next morning, the property had access to Murud beach which was the best part of the stay. The property has good amount of plantation ans parking space. Meals are served only if you inform in advance. Food is delicious but is expensive. Staff is pretty helpful. The same resort room will cost you 3000/- on goibibo, cleartrip or makemytrip. My suggestion would be not to go for online booking. There are plenty of sea side homestays/resorts on Murud beach. You can book here directly for much lesser price. …

Basic place, not fancy, good locations, not very clean (but worth living). Food esp Fish was a plus point. The owners (its a family affair) were accommodative most of the time. The beach is 50 mtrs or so from the property. Wish this place had more options for vegetarians.

This resort ( can not say resort) is OK for stay, but I have been charged Rs. 2750.00 per night for so called deluxe room. Which I did not find reasonable for the over all service and the room quality. Just the name is attractive. The hotel guy is not a professional. I have stayed here with my wife and son. The hotel owner asked me at 5:00pm that if you would have dinner here, I ask him for dinner at 7:00pm, then is served dinner at 9:45pm. in between at 8:00 pm I asked him some Dal -rice for my son (4 years old), he replied that "whatever we can provide at 9:30 pm only, if you need anything before that, you can search outside". Also if you want breakfast , you need to tell us in advance that too a night before. But the overall service quality is very poor. I do not recommend this to stay, unless any other place available.…

The hotel is placed adjacent to the beach. Rooms were a bit congested but very clean. Service was good. Rooms were between coconut plantation. Very peaceful . My kid loved it. Food options were less but was homemade cheap delicious and fresh.

Hotel is nearby Murud beach and room was clean.. that's the only highlight. But expect NO hot water, expect NO service, expect NO hospitality, expect NO manners. Really horrible. Totally ill mannered staff and owner is WORST in mannerism. Run away from this hotel if you are reading this and save your holiday. Go near Dapoli Market you will find very good hotels.

This guys mandate original identity proof to be kept with hotel reception till check out. No hot water except in morning. Unfair service for fair expectation. Even after you agree to pay owner of resort would not let his adamant nature down. Give a try to convince owner for regular hotel services, if you can tolerate such people even after paying good amount, then visit this resort at your own risk.

We were three families visited in Aug. Rooms were neat & clean & has basic amenities. sea food was delicious. Has limited staff but service was very good. Good location having direct access to beach. There was no activities on beach because of monsoon but those who love nature it is worth going this place in monsoon.

There will be a bunch of resorts in the vicinity of this resort. The rooms were not so clean , not so dirty. They told they have Football, Volley ball, Carrom which was not there. The water from shower they have provided outside stinks like anything. Beach is very close to this place , that's the only plus point.

I stayed at the coconut lagoon resort over a long weekend, (good friday).Hotel was horrible with dirty bedsheets, long hours of waiting for pathetic food and zero hospitality. Infact the owner was so rude, I was upset .. thinking these people should be taken to a consumer court!! we are paying money for a decent stay and we deserve that much hospitality ... we were with 2 small kids and he was not even ready to change bedsheets. Food quality was very bad ... not worth the 2 hrs wait ... only good thing was the access to beach from the resort.

The location of the hotel is good but the ambience is pathetic. We (family) stayed here for 2 days. We booked an AC room but to our surprise the AC never worked. We complained to the manager but he spoke as if he was doing a favor to us. He was very rude. The bedsheets were very dirty and was changed after repeated reminders. The room was smelling as they don't maintain the room. Even the goodnight liquid was empty and after repeated reminders they came and changed it . If you are planning for a vacation with your kids then this is not the place to be. I thought of writing this review so that someone else could be benefitted out of this. The hotel restaurant is also very slow and serves the food after 1 and a half hour of placing the food request. The next day we decided to eat outside and not wait for 1 and a half hours.…
