We arrived at the hotel with a booking and were made to pay 400 euros on arrival for only 2 nights stay with 5 people. Ridiculous! There wasn't even any breakfast included. The ceiling lights were half off, the bed sheets were dirty, the mattress covered half the bed, the shower was broken, the tv only had French radio and...

The hotel and staff were all fine and easy to talk to. But the room wasn't the best, The shower was broken and the wifi didn't work. The location of the hotel was fine short walking distance to centre and metro and buses next to hotel also. The hotels fine but you pay for what you get

The hotel was easy to find (good public transport), it is 30 mins far from Grand Place by foot. The room was average furnished but the french bed was terrible (damaged). There were some noisy neighboors, the walls are thin. The breakfast was excellent and rich.

I booked this hotel after viewing the lovely pictures and it stated that it had a kitchen, even my invoice showed that it had a full kitchen, on my arrival I noticed the room i stayed in the pictures where not on the website hence a very basic room without kitchen, it also stated tea/coffee making facilities but there was...

Old, unappropriated building in a scary neighbourhood. Spacious rooms but inadequate equipment, only a fridge, 2 cooking plates and a water kettle but no power outlet. No microwave/oven, no toaster, no iron. Available only 1 dirty pan whereof the teflon layer was gone, 1 cooking pot without lit, limited cutlery. Bathroom was dark (insufficient lightening for shaving), traces of a...

This has to be the grottiest hotel I have stayed in. We stayed in a studio/apartment, the kitchen was poorly equiped and falling to bits, the blinds had blood splashed over them, none of the wall lights worked, holes everywhere in ceiling, very strong smell of cannibis on entering which never disappeared, bed linen not clean or fresh, no shower...

Having worked in Brussels for several years I have probably stayed in over 50 different hotels. This is the only one I have ever felt I had to move out of after just one night. In an apart-hotel even in a 'studio' you would expect at least a microwave and fridge (this applies to every other apart-hotel Ive stayed in,...

Apparently and following the comments there are different types of room. Mine was everything but aparthotel: no kitchen, no stove, no microwave and even no table at all, so if you need to work on your laptop you will do it on the bed. The room was big and clean, on the backyard so very quiet. The bed was surprisingly...

“A single room with seperate toilet and separate shower and double bed and tv wifi on 2nd floor was poor but excellent on ground floor. my concern would of been if a mother and baby had booked this they could end up with no kitchen. so I find the advertising a bit false. and I was overcharged 50 cents extra for a bottle of small coke. 2.50 euros ”
