Very nice place to stay in dandeli. Very quite place. There are multiple activities to do like boating, river cross. Food was really good like home fealt like home food. Could be little bit more clean. Hotel is situated in jungle. For river rafting or jungle safari you need to travel 11 km from hotel your own. These things are not included in pkg.

I visited Panther Jungle Stay in August 2018 along with two friends. The location is sort of in a middle of jungle and promises some peaceful time, especially for lazy travelers. Since the safari (which is around 25 km) is regulated in Dandeli unlike other places, most stays here provides other activities like zip-lining, rappelling, white water rafting etc. For safari, you need to drive to the main entry gate early in the morning. That said, the drive way is also most enjoyable. At Panther Jungle Stay, you could spot variety of bird as well as enjoy star gazing. In fact, the owner was kind enough to inform us about a nearby Timber yard, well know among bird watchers. We managed to spot region's famous Grey Malabar Hornbill, Flameback Woodpecker, rarely spotted owl (don't remember the name), and Giant Malabar Squirrel. The place provides basic but delicious food. Must try the fish fry, which is prepared using local ingredients. Room, bathroom are clean but some kind of dampness is felt inside. Overall, it makes for a good stay. Thanks…

I strongly recommend you to be away from this resort for many reasons. It is 25 km far from river rafting place and the resort people doesn't know anything the timing. Camp fire is horrible They offer trekking which is waste Food is above average. All other activities are of poor standard. Pool is of low quality and Burma brige and all is not worth. If you really want to enjoy dandelli...take a resort which is near to rafting points or else you will miss that..
