Nice hotel. Good view. Nearby temple n market. Great hospitality. Hotel management is very flexible with any adjustment.They even arrange a hotel staff to bring us around places of interest around the hotel.

We arrived with no booking looking for 2 nights over a very busy holiday weekend. Everyone went out of their way to give us a room for 2 nights and could not have been more helpful with offers of extra sheets towels etc. Staff spoke good english (we are australians with no hindi). Wifi connection was excellent

Best budget hotel. Specially the room service was very prompt. Clean and decent rooms and bathrooms. If you ever happen to be there ask for breakfast at rooftop. View is really amazing and also the hotel is walkable distance from tourist points

We recently visited chamba and stayed in hotel Aroma palace. The location of the hotel is very good. Stay was quite comfortable. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. Food and beverages are sumptuous. Would recommend every one to stay in this fabulous hotel.

Pathetic service.. dirty room and washroom.. bed sheet dirty with holes in it.. no tv service.. upon asking ke got new dish TV set up box installed but connection was not activated.. never ever visit this pathetic hotel.. worst place in chamba
