We were a group of 15 family members who planned a get together after years.
Classic residency was one of our shortlisted properties to visit but quite low when we arranged rankwise. But somehow my gut feel said that this would be a very good choice.
I spoke to Mr. Dharmender at Classic Residency and then I started contacting the other properties. Our top priority was a flawless experience and after I was finished with trying to make a booking, classic residency became my first choice. Dhamender Ji was the most cooperative manager I have ever met. I never heard him say a No(but everything comes at a cost).
The package was absolutely customised as per our needs. We booked 6 super deluxe rooms. We checked In on Dec 26 and believe me, right from check in to the check out next day, everything was well taken care off.
Sanitizers available all around the property. So nothing to worry
The rooms were very comfortable. Every room had a sofa cum bed, which proved to be absolutely great for a big group like ours. There already was an extra blanket kept in the almirah. Towels, shampoo, body was already in place.
A few small glitches were there in a room eg the flush wasn't working fine but bingo, the staff served with a smile, tried to make mends and when it could not happen within 10 minutes, changed the room with a smile.
We were given more than required privacy during meals and during our drinks session. We almost had the terrace exclusively for us(there were other guests in the resort too).
A few surprise inclusions like not charging for a couple of cups of tea, an extra plate of salad during a meal, the staff coming forward to serve the kids from the buffet spread just to keep us comfortable are a few out of the many things that widened our smile🙂
A big thumbs up to one of the most dedicated hospitality teams I have come across at Classic Residency.

We attended the family wedding at the Hotel Classic Residency. We stayed here for three night in 1st week of Dec., 2023. All the Hotel rooms were booked along with Lawn and Ceremony Halls. Arrangements, decoration, service, food quality was good. The Hotel was under capacity enhancement during the stay, that caused some problems in Elevators functioning. All ceremonies went well. We all enjoyed the Marriage of my niece.

It's was a nice overnight stay at this hotel. Best part.. 1. Reception of Guests are warm and Front desk is very supportive and helpful 2. Distance from Hotel to station is just 8 Min (yes ..just 8 Min) by Car 3. Drop facility is there from the hotel ..only you have to inform your train schedule balance they will arrange . 4. There are other fun-filled activities in the hotel because of our late check in we could not enjoy that. 5. Running Hot water facility was there .
Overall ..this property is not a B&B only..it has more to serve . And stay was Comfy and very good
Only suggestion to Hotel management there are few areas to improve on the House Keeping part..just look into.

I dont know about the other reviews. But my stay with the group was the strangest in my this many years of stay to different places. I dont know what went wrong with food we found mosquitos in the the chinese noodles and bad smell in the chinese. And when we called for the chef who made it.He was very arrogant not attending to the customers complaint. We were a big group we did not have food that night and our condition was like we have already travelled for 10 hours and we were hungry and Tied. We wanted some rest so moved into our rooms and there was a big surpirse the lights off we were on the bed to sleep and we were accompanied with little bed buggs..... was nt that great and when we called for help the hotel people they sprayed the rooms with HIT.... the whole room was kind smelling like bad. closed rooms, Suffocations we could not sleep that night. The rooms were not even clean enough there were Fungas,A/C water was leaking in some rooms.

I stayed there to catch Kalka Shimla toy train.The hotel is One kilometer away from train station and they have shuttle serivce as well.
We had dinner in Ratnam restaurant,must appreciate the chef's preparation.Food was really mouth watering.
Rooms are specious,neat and clean.Staff is co operative.

Part of my family travel we have stopped @ Hotel Residency. Nice place to stay and excellent ambiance. Would recommend for stay and enjoy local food and near about place to visit in Pinjore.

Awesome hospitality provided by hotel staff.Nice location,good food and clean and spacious rooms also.They are having happy hours scheme in BAR,which very pocket friendly for customer s.
Kids zone is very large along with many games.

A very good budget hotel with premium interiors and good spacious rooms. Food is good and staff is courteous. If visiting pinjore/kalka then this is the best hotel even better than tourism hotel at pinjore garden.They even have parking inside premises for almost fifty cars.

Its a beautiful hotel with a very good ambience ..the staff is well mannered and rooms and washrooms r neat and clean.also the good part is they have a free pick up nd drop facility to the Kalka Railway Station.the hotel also has a adventure zone with various games like paintball and zip line among others which me and my wife really enjoyed playing.wil come back definitely!!!
