The room is very dirty, Wall is not in good condition, There is Wall crust on almost all wall, Never go with breakfast. they serve like charity. I recommend to go to Hotel Aakar Loads in Saputara. After complaining about all to reception they are not ready to listen any thing and are not willing to solve.

Nice experience to stay in hotel. I visited with a group of 90 odd people & I enjoyed rainy season. Due to rain we spent more time in hotel. Food was excellent & hospitality was also good. This was my 2nd visit to this hill station & first visit was in the year 1976.

Absolutely ridiculous hotel. Very dirty horrible food. Management has zero willingness to improve. Don't be fooled by the ramp picture. There is a blockage at the end of the ramp and under no condition, wheelchairs can get in. The other way to get up in the hotel is through a lift which passes through a staff area which is full of beedi smell and stinking toilet. Room cleanliness is something unheard of here. Breakfast was terrible. The biggest problem is the staff and sheer callous attitude.

I was at Saputara last weekend with my senior citizen parents, and had booked this hotel after going through its reviews. Although the hotel claims to be 4 star, I would only give it a 3 star rating. For the price they charge for stay and food, the hotel really needs to step up and improve its quality. We stayed in a family room on the second floor. The room was big and spacious, but the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired! The wall tiles haven't been cleaned or scrubbed in a long time, the shower curtain has layers of black fungus, the toilet could have been much cleaner. The housekeeping seems to lack effective supervision. During the time that the hotel was shut down in covid, they could have used the time with minimum staff to ensure a thorough cleaning job. The rates which they charge are certainly not low, but there is no value for money in the food and services. The breakfast buffet is very very average. Saputara is an enchanting little hill station, but Lake View hotel was a disappointment. I did not even get my entire bill at the time of check out! Just the bills for extra lunch which we did, and no final bill despite asking for the same! The only plus point here is that the staff is polite, they listened to me while I gave them feedback on the cleanliness. They also made quick alternate arrangements for the chauffeur, as their facility for driver stay etc is not exactly satisfactory or comfortable. Overall, I am disappointed. Will have to look for better options if I visit Saputara again.…

Hotel lake view is good option in Saputara. Family rooms is big enough to accommodate 4 adults in a room..clean and comfort hotel.location is good.hotel has own garden.staff is good . Food is also good.located in a very good place. Quiet and calm atmosphere.Only thing they need to take note of is that in a family room for 4 people you must have 4 cups, 4 glass, toiletries for 4 people , at-least 4 tooth brush must be given.We were 4 people in a room and when i asked for dental-kit for 4 people Sameer from house keeping told me that we provide only 2 and you will have to pay for more.Do you think a tooth brush can be shared.

Good experience with hotel staff.Located just across the lake and on the main road. Rooms are neat and clean with all hygiene factors are well taken care off. Beautiful view of lake from hotel rooms.Big and clear bathroom. Breakfast has good variety served in buffet style.

If someone else has booked the venue for wedding, you as a normal tourist will won't be able to use most of the amenities including swimming pool as those are already occupied for wedding preparations. Checkin - 8th March 2020 Check out - 10th March 2020 Cons of staying in this hotel: - Inadequate parking space. - Low maintained swimming pool. - Tv not working properly. - Lamp not working properly. - Same price for different types of room. Aminities include: 1. A not so well maintained swimming pool. 2. A carrom board 3. Table tennis 4. Spa 5. Small Gym That's it. As someone had booked the hotel for wedding on our last day at this hotel, carrom board and table tennis were removed. Do other guests don't matter for you? Swimming pool area was occupied for cooking food. How will a guest utilize it? Parking area is full and we are asked to park our car outside hotel. There isn't even adequate parking space enough for all the guests of hotel. And there's a board outside stating "parking at your own risk". What if we had to park car outside because of inadequate parking space and the car is damaged? Dear hotel management, we are paying this amount for all the services and amenities. If you don't have enough space or can't provide us all the amenities because someone has booked the venue for marriage, don't ask full amount from us. This is clearly cheating a customer by taking full amount.…
