Budget Friendly-Short stay

If you are in Anand for a short stay then this is a nice hotel with the required amount of cleanliness and facilities. It is centrally located and situated in the market. Railway station is just 5 mins away and the express highway is just 10 mins away. The buffet, room, check in and check out process was all at par. If you are here for a short business trip, an event or occasion, looking to take a night halt in a long journey then this is a good place to consider.

Nice stay, good hospitality

I with my family and friends of 48 people reached there at early morning 2 am. Property is either newly made or newly renovated and well maintained. Different types of rooms as per need. And above all very nice welcome by manager with smile at so early in morning. He helped us in checkin all the way possible with nice smiling gesture. Food was average. but 1 star extra for hospitality.

Good Budget Restaurant

We had a long road journey hence we took a stop over at this hotel. Reasonably priced and centrally located. Check in was quite smooth. Staff was courteous and service was quick. Rooms are quite big and clean. However, rooms were not smelling that great. We had our lunch and it was reasonably tasteful. Overall, good experience

Average but good for nominal rates

The hotel situated at the center of the city is good as it helps in less traveling cost. The services are good but food lacks some taste. Faced problem with wifi but was solved within hour. Doesn't have any extra amenities like swimming pool and garden area. Also close to railway station and bus stand.

Good budget friendly hotel

This is fabulous budget friendly hotel we stayed here two night and services is excellent. Thanks to staff they made our stay memorable. food is very good.also room is neat and clean and amenities are also very vast range from tooth paste and brush to shoe polish everything is available.

Awesome.

The service was like instant and very Quick. Impressive. We got complimentary BF and the food was awesome and Freshly served on the table. Rooms were clean and In this budget you will not this types of anywhere in Anand. I would love to visit again with Friends. Keep it up, RR.

Superb hotel

Its very good hotel and highly recommended for all travellers need i.e. solo, family or business. It have all facilities with super fast room service. I am surprise to see that when we check out the packed snacks for return journey that also complementary. I never saw this kind of treatment in any hotel. Will surely come again when i visit this city again. Thanks Rama Residency keep it up.

Rama Residency--Very Good Hospitality

We had booked 13 rooms in all for 3 days from 23rd October to 26th October as we were 27 members. The rooms are in the third floor and in 4th floor. There is a lift upto the third floor. We were given 6 rooms in the 3rd floor and the balance in the 4th floor. There are only a few steps to the 4th floor. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Front Office staff are polite and good, All the rooms are provided with Fridge. However, Flask to boil hot water and condiments are not provided to make Tea or Coffee in the room. The restaurant is at the 3rd floor. Complimentary Breakfast provided by the Hotel is good. Daily they change the menu for the breakfast. Varieties of items are served in the breakfast. Room service is good. Toiletries are changed daily. Lunch and Dinner are prepared on orders only. The Hotel is situated in Shree Ram Arcade, erstwhile Gopal Cinema on the Station Road. It is about 2 kms from the station. The check in time is 12.00 noon and the check out time is 11.00 AM. In all respects, this hotel appears to be one of the best in Anand and full vaule for the money spent. What we liked in the Hotel is the Ganesh Idol made up of Marble, kept at the entrance of the Hotel, near the Lift. Lord Ganesh looks so marvellous.…

A little effort to reach us; rest is taken care of

All rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor of a shopping mall. But, you would not get disturbed. A little effort is required to reach the reception on the 3rd floor; rest is a different world. Staff in particular are very friendly, frank and trust worthy. They are trained to speak what they should. A good place for 1 or 2 nights stay at Anand on a business trip.
