Food was not up to the mark, cockroaches were too much to handle. The staff are friendly and helpful in all they can do. But the pest control need to be done for all the rooms. Linen needs to be replaced rig away as the bed sheets and pillow cover are in bad shape. Even the towels need to be changed. Seriously the hotel needs to get rid of the linen for new ones. Even the black out curtains are missing in most rooms.

The stay was average and is bit pricey for the experience they provide. No warm welcome, very poor hospitality and reception, the staff at reception is not bothered to welcome the guests, it's just one more check in. The bell boys assistance is good though. May be traing the staff a bit more in hospitality might help the management. Overall the property is in good location and has good parking space. But it's clear, the property is very old and the interiors have a kind of stale smell of carpets once you step in the rooms. Housekeeping is OK and the breakfast buffet at Aahar restaurant was just fine. It was just an Average stay overall .

I stayed in this hotel for a night in transit. It has great value for money and is pretty good response and service from its staff. The rooms are basic and have all the stuff one would need for a transit stay.
The room service was good and the food tasted awesome (specially if you like south Indian spicy food)
However the check-out was not that great as the reception had one staff and he was now able to handle the many who needed to check-out. All the hotel had to do was put another staff in for such rush hour times....
A great property if you are planning on staying in transit but not ideal for a family vacation....

This is the best hotel in Rajamundry and I stayed for a night on my way from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. Plenty of parking and the staff is very welcoming. The general manager, Mr. Rashid, is a gem. I forgot my entire toiletries bag and he arranged everything including a deodorant before I arrived in my room.
The room was very spacious and had an extended seating area, study table and a fridge. Bathroom was kinda small and clean.
Food is good. All sanitation measures are being taken. Enjoy.

lot of insects in the room and also in the wash room. very bad bed linen. no thermostat for air conditions. food is very bad. but service boys are good. no proper water through taps. i dont suggest this hotel at this particular price.

if you do not get a room in this town, this is option and forced to stay there. bedding is ok. wash room cleaning has to be improved. rooms are smelling . despite complaining also there is no proper response . staff are non-responsive to the customers.

I would rate it 6/10, but considering limited options in RJY, will be forced to give 7.5 1)Rooms in new complex(deluxe) rooms are good. Dont opt the old standard rooms with so called balcony which is always closed. Bedding is ok. Neat and clean - some what Wash rooms: deluxe rooms are Ok.still far away from others. Food- very good Pricing - not so value for money Room service : very good Staff: very good and polite Airport: nearby. taxi service available
Overall good for business and family leisure travellers for 1-2 days.transit type..

On the bank of river Godavari, we stayed for a transit stop on our way to kolkata from Bangalore by road - self drive. We checked in the hotel during the evening time. Staffs are really helpful and friendly and accommodation and food is of best in class .... No doubt about that. When you're traveling to Rajamundry next time or planning for a transit stop - taste and feel the same as we did.

The hotel is located in the middle of town, just off a busy intersection. There are few hotels of quality in Rajahmundry, but this one is by far the best. From the outside it appears quite plain and the lobby and common areas on the ground floor are quite simple and plain. I always stay in one of the 'Club rooms', as they have been recently remodelled and are on par with any business class hotel in major cities. Well appointed, comfortable beds, flat screen televisions, clean bathrooms, etc. The service is a plus point as the staff are enthusiastic, prompt and friendly. I always order room service and the food is good plus the portions are huge, so don't over-order. Avoid the 'suites' as they haven't been remodelled and the rooms though large are very outdated and not worth the tiny little 'lounge'. The hotel has a business centre, but when i wanted to use it, they had problems with their internet connection. This hotel is great value for money, you will not regret staying here, but remember, always ask for a 'Club room'.
