Yet another time when my default choice of booking a Taj hotel property proved to be a good one. There is a different quality that the staff at Taj group of hotels has which sets them apart from all other five star hotels. They are not just courteous, but they make one feel at home. The property is well spread out and not crammed. The activities are very well seleted and managed. The magic show, pottery, lac bangle making and live folk music, are all fantastic. The pool offers adequate privacy, so one doesn't feel awkward using it. Everyone from Keemat at the front desk to Deepak in the restaurant go above and beyond to make their guests have an amazing experience - a truly Taj experience. Only thing lacking perhaps were fans with sprinklers as they would have made the outdoor experience more bearable in sweltering heat and humidity. Even the performers would've had some respite …
This was our 7th visit to Taj Sawai Madhopur lodge and as always was a memorable one. Under the able leadership of Mr Tejas Bohitie, the Taj brand was on full display. Courteous staff, very helpful, very respectful and above all they make you feel at home. A great leader in Mr Tejas Bohitie and a fabulous team under him. Thank you sir and your team for looking after us and making our trip a memorable one. Looking forward to our visit next year.
Great place, second home!! The most hospitable hotel in sawai madhopur. Jungle safaris feel like a secondary outing because of how great the hospitality in the resort is. Consistently excellent service , thankyou Taj.
Have been to this place twice now in almost two months. Tiger safaris are addictive, what can I say! I am someone who's always looking for new hotels and experiences, and yet my first stay at Sawai Madhopur lodge convinced me I wouldn't find anything better in terms of food, comfort, value and service anywhere else. Room: Very comfortable and lavish. Tip: Switch off the vernadah lights when exiting or entering your room, this will help keep insects / mosquitos out when going out Service: No request is too much for the staff here. I cannot say enough about how gracious they are. Late check out, food for our toddler all our requests were accommodated. Special thanks to Deepak, Nandini, Nityanand, Gajendra, Sharif for making our stay super comfortable. Could not have asked for more Access to park: Hotel is 10 mins drive and through pucca road, which makes it easier to get in and get out. There are several hotels in the area with very poor access During one of our stays here, we also had a chance to participate in an astronomy class by ASTRODEN OBSERVATORY, founded by two young enthusiasts - Raunaq and Nivesh - who were kind enough to show us several sky objects - faraway star clusters, constellations, a red giant!! What more could one ask for. I only wish the skies and the grounds were a little darker for better viewing.…
This was a very comfortable stay in the jungle. Rooms Cozy with an old world charm. Nicely spread across the lush property. Food Outstanding. Every meal was delicious. Service As to be expected - top notch Location About 10 minutes drive from entry of the safari Facilities Enough to keep your busy during non safari hours - pool, table tennis, badminton, cricket, library …. Kid friendly
It was a great experience! Prior to the trip, we spoke to Mr. Gajendra on phone and he was so helpful in booking our safari. Upon arrival, Robin made sure our stay was comfortable, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. A huge thank you to him. Kimat, Nityanand Sharif, Mazid Lokendar Pareek all contributed to making our time unforgettable. The property itself is gorgeous, very cozy. The evening music is beautiful and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it for anybody traveling to Ranthambore.
I sincerely thank the team of Sawai Madhopur Lodge for the quality and the friendliness of their activities. A special mention for the Chef and his delicious food. I am extremely grateful to Mr Gajendra who with his colleagues make my stay unforgettable.
The stay was super fantastic. Every single staff member were of great help, starting from the gentlemen at the gate, the reception, the housekeeping staff and the staff at the restaurant were generous and genuinely nice. The stay was excellent and adventures. The hotel was royal and carried heritage as Maharani and Maharaja stayed there. Food was amazingly too good and after a whole day's safari ..it was so soothing...along with songs sings by the locals and phulka and parathas made by the local ladies...very interesting way of employment. It's a must stay n experience freshness with greenary in the lap of nature.
Excellent stay and service. The team is very friendly and approachable Food is excellent and the property is very well maintained. Special mention to Miss Nandani and Pravin for their hospitality. Must visit property.
Lush green gardens is star attraction of this property , it gives feel like staying inside the jungle area living with nature. Peacock monkeys, different birds gives a wonderful experience. Stayed at this property for two nights on 5th & 6th June 22 , warm weather but cool property. As described it was hunting house of King which later converted into hotel with 37 rooms by Taj. Ample kids play zone, cycling, gym, Spa , swimming pool add value for your money paid.
