Nestled in an open arid forest and farmland area near the National park of Ranthambore, the resort is immersed in nature and has a great location. The people at the Madho bagh go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The owner Mr Ashwini ji makes sure that you have memorable and beautiful time, this added a personal touch to our experience which is unmatched. Luxury tented accommodation - Guests are treated to well-furnished tents equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and water heaters. Despite the rustic charm, comfort is never compromised, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Food - The food at Madho bagh is a treat for your taste buds, every meal is carefully and hygienically prepared and you can always specify your preferences to the chef they will do their best to create personalised dishes for guests. Jungle safari - The main objective of most visitors of the national park is go on a jeep safari. On the safaris we spotted diverse array of wildlife from exotic birds, multiple species of deers and wild boars. While the elusive tiger remains the star attraction and It's important to note that each safari does not guarantee a tiger sighting. The staff at Madho bagh understands the thrill of a tiger sighting and work tirelessly to organise multiple safaris for visitors. I will recommend booking safaris atleast two weeks before your visit. I took 4-5 safaris spread across multiple days and was lucky to have 3 up close sighting of the Great Bengal Tiger. I would personally recommend taking the morning safari if you are coming between March and June. Walk around the property - Taking leisurely walks around the nearby farms. We met incredibly friendly and hospitable locals. Witnessing the sunset paint the farm in vibrant hues was a rare treat for us city dwellers. However, the most unforgettable experience for me was a walk during sunrise. It was this moment that I had a remarkable encounter with a majestic blue bull. Locking eyes with such a huge creature, especially when I was on foot and not in a vehicle or surrounded by a large group, sent shivers down my spine. Evenings at madho bagh - Brimming with lively discussions about the day's adventures and the safari experiences shared by fellow guests. Our visit, coinciding with the Holi festival, we saw the traditional ritual of 'holika dahan' in the evening. The following morning, arrangements were made for guests to play with colours near the pool area while ensuring the pristine white tents remained untouched. On other evenings, guests were treated to captivating local cultural folk performances and Rajasthani dances, with the floor open for everyone to join in for a dance. Whether it's lounging on a charpai in the garden, enjoying the company of Simba, the friendly resident German Shepherd, or witnessing the breathtaking beauty of Ranthambore, every moment at Madho Bagh is filled with this feeling of being at home.

The Madho Bagh Resort of Ranthambore is a quiet and quaint property. The staff is very co-operative, and the food is very good. They helped me in booking all the three jungle safaris. The only downside is the remoteness of the property from the main road, because of which some of the canters refuse to come to the resort doorstep for pickup prior to the safari. The swimming pool is not adequately maintained, however. Dry leaves from an unseasonal rain were covering the water of the pool, at least partially. The resort is in natural surroundings, and the tents are well furnished with airconditioner and water heater. There is no TV for watching in the evening. And, on two occasions a frog made its way through the crevices of the tent from the adjoining garden. Overall, it is a good property, and the staff and owner make a sincere effort to serve the guests to the best of their ability.

The property was awesome. The owner, Mr. Ashwini was very helpful and looked after our every need, including dropping me early morning to the safari vehicle pick-up point. The resort is green, peaceful, quiet and the chef and other staff are wonderful - the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed lying on a charpai in the garden and enjoying nature. The owner's handsome German Shepherd, Simba, was a delight too. Overall, a great break and we got to see a tiger on both days!

It was a pleasant stay. From the owners (akshat ji and his father) to the ground staff everybody was so welcoming. Food was good, home cooked and delicious. My son was not feeling well, so the cook prepared his food separately as per my preferences. It was really peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the safari and was able to spot the tiger in the first 15 minutes only. Tent house was clean and no issues there.

Ranthambore or Sawai Madhupur itself is a great place and when staying at Madho Bagh you get a complete local guidance, personal attention, Safari Bookings and over that a wonderful stay in a mini resort. Location is a little far but after reaching there everything is wonderful inside. Not a high rich class but yes mini of all. I liked it and I will stay there again

Great location, really pleasant, quite and clean camps, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Akshat is very supportive and remained easily accessible through out our trip. He remained in touch during our journey from Delhi to the camps. He catered to our needs and provided all the support for a comfortable stay. All the arrangements were very good like safari, cultural program etc. Safari were booked through them only. We booked three safari from them and luckly had two very good sightings of tiger. Mr. Akshat and his father provided us with great hospitality. Food was good and portion size were also sufficient. All the support staffs are good especially Mr. Prem, who is exceptional and always remained present whenever we needed something, is polite and courteous. Approach Road is bit tricky and not maintained. But apart from that everything was exceptional. I would recommend other this property and will be looking forward for a future stay also.
