WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort Ranthambore offers value for money. The stay, inspite of being in Covid times was pleasant, with all sanitary/disinfecting needs being met, and more importantly courteous yet discreet service. The staff was alert, at hand, and courteous. They were eager to ensure guest satisfaction and met with guest requests/requirements efficiently. The hotel was neat and clean, as were the rooms. Staff maintained personal hygiene and covid protocols. The GM ensured all guests were taken care of and was available at hand to look into guests needs personally.

We visited Sawai- Madhopur and stayed at Ranthambore Mount Valley Resort on 25-27th February 2020, unfortunately we did not see any tigers on our safaris but saw many spectacular birds and deer. It really depends which gate you are allocated to and that is in the control of the National Park Authority. The scenery was spectacular when were taken to the top of the mountain range, the Great Boundary Fault line runs thru Ranthambore National Park and the geological display is incredible. The staff at the Resort were fantastic and assisted us in all our requests from early morning check out and booking safaris on line, special thanks to Amit for attending to all my questions. We utilised the window bed and the bedding provided was quite adequate. My only query would be hotel confirmation of bookings online prior to arrival or payment a reply email would have been great.

The property is on the main road and with a front garden with a open comfortable looking building. Good welcome and easy fast check-in. Rooms are mid-sized and clean Bathroom is clean with a good hot water shower. Had some music and dancing and a whole group of college students from California were dancing away in a Conga line. Buffet is appropriate Rajasthani and Continental but it is the service here from Vikrant, Dilraj and Banwasi that makes one feel like you are in a 5 star place. They were confident, fast and caring to satisfy all your breakfast needs. Perfect way to start the day. Rahul singh, Shiv singh the managers have done a great job of training the staff not just to do their job but to sincerely take care of the clients needs. Everyone was very courteous and always ready to help with a smile. It felt good to be staying at this place and I would give the place a 5 star rating for their genuine hospitality that made us feel more than welcome. There are many choices of hotels here I would highly recommend this place as it makes you feel at home after the long ride from Jaipur and you need that before you head out to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Make sure you get a woolen beeny.cap in the cold for Ranthambore they are half the price than at the Tiger Reserve Gate. The store is moderately priced for souvenirs. I actually rate this 3.5 rather than 3. Stayed here for 2 nights in an enormous room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and a nice shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms too. The staff are very courteous and helpful; it was very convenient for the safari pick up and staff ensured all our paperwork was in order ready for the trip and gave us blankets to take with us for the cold early start. Breakfasts are timed to ensure people returning from the morning safari are able to take it when they get back which was a nice touch.
My reason for a slightly lower rating is mainly down to the absence of a few items that it would have been nice to have in the room, i.e. no safe, no hairdryer (one was provided from reception on request), no controller for the air-conditioning and no Wifi. There is supposed to be wifi on every floor but I found it impossible to connect to although this seemed to vary from room to room, some people could pick it up.
The food was nice, but some items were quite cold on a couple of occasions.
Overall a good hotel with very nice staff but to earn 4 stars a few extra facilities in the rooms would be good.

A great holiday experience locación is just away from main city centre which gives nature lover a serene and calm experience A lover swimming pool added more confort for traveller a mini pool would havebeen good for child Kids playing área shold be a bit better. The hotel is small and centrally located, rooms are minimalistic, however have all amenities except heating. The wifi is a little patchy in the rooms and the geyser in the bathroom does not work after 10 pm till about 4-5 in the morning..apart from these shortcomings the hotel is great, the food is delicious and staff is also very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and were quite satisfied.

A great place to stay in close proximity to the Ranthambor National Park, the Mount Valley Resort provides excellent amenities. It rates highly in cleanliness and hygiene. The well manicured property with a clean functional swimming pool is the ideal place to stay. It boasts of spacious rooms with wonderful polished solid wood furniture - a connoisseurs delight. The dinner spread is simple but excellently cooked and light on the stomach. The breakfast though needs some improvement. The hotel staff are very polite and service very prompt . The manager Mr Rahul Singh is very cooperative and inspite of the busy holi weekend managed to arrange for us a gypsy ride to the park. This review remains incomplete without a mention of Mr Shiv, the front office manager, who always keeps the guests at ease. A must place to stay for a 100 per cent experience in the tiger County!!!!

The rooms were pretty awesome. Subtle and asthetic. Mr. Shailendra who was a restaurant staff member keep good care of us and was always ready to serve the food we asked for.Each and every dish was delicious and fresh. But the reception personnel were not at all cooperative also they always misguided us. We asked for early check-in though the whole resort was empty still they didn't provided a single room. They also charged too extra then normal price for transportation and safari rides. Also they do not provide any kind of help for any service we needed. They indirectly or directly tried to fool us. The rooms and food are pretty good but not upto the mark of Welcomheritage chain but for the price they are providing is worth it. But they seriously need to see into the reception staff.

We stayed in this hotel from 30th oct to 1st Nov. My wife, my three and half year old twin, my mom in law and myself chose the super deluxe room category in this hotel. The room was quite spacious and had a nice seating area inside which was overlooking the lush green jungle. We had a very smooth checkin and since I had pre-booked my safari from the hotel, they explained everything about the safari timings and assembly points for the same at the front desk itself. They were kind enough to give me a late check out ( check out of 6pm) with a nominal charge. They also provided pick up and drop facility from the Sawai Madhopur station at a nominal rate. We had opted for an MAP (breakfast and dinner) option while booking. They have good options in their buffet. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodated all our requests even if they were not on the buffet menu and made it available according to our kids liking and taste. The hospitality of this hotel is top notch all thanks to the resort manager Mr C.P Singh who welcomes all his guest with his humble and infectious smile :) They also have cultural program in their lawn in the evening and also a person playing a traditional violin kind of instrument which was really amazing and brilliant. Special thanks to Mr Vinod and Mr Shashank at the front desk reception to solve all my queries regarding the safaris and other things, Mr Dharam( restaurant supervisor) for providing amazing service and great hospitality, Mr Ravi and Mr Mukut( restaurant captain) for always accomodating our request and providing a top notch service and giving information about ranthambore & Mr Manoj, Mr Dilkhus and Mr Shyamsingh( servers in the restaurant) for their help. Kudos to the the captain of the ship, Mr C.P Singh for providing such amazing hospitality through his and his team's services and making our stay quite memorable

We stayed here for 4 nights & thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality rolled out under management of Mr. C P Singh & his team. Your taste buds are well taken care of by Mukut ji and his team who will go out of way to ensure your requests are adhered to..& hygiene of your room is ensured by Pradeep ji who will ensure your issues (didn't have any though) are immediately addressed on war footing.
