I have stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Rooms are clean and big. I was on business trip and find this hotel one of the best. Rates are reasonable. They also have Restaurant and Bar but i didnt tried their food. Staff is polite and helpful. Its around 2 to 3 Kms from Train station. There are also several restaurants nearby and main market would be around 1.5 to 2 Kms from hotel.

Guest friendly hotel. Excellent cleaning . Early check-in very smooth.von reception you will meet mr Umesh he is courteous and gentleman. Please have a stay once . It is value for money. Food I have not tried as I am pure veg . Location excellent if you are coming by bus from Pune VRL will drop in front of hotel or within 200 Mtrs what else you need. Public transport is available from crossing at 200 MTR. Very good park infront of hotel so good air quality. Visit the park in evening you will love.

Great visiting there enjoyed a lot provided good hospitality and excellent housekeeping Rooms are clean and hygeine and having good space for parking also Food was good taste including continental also Its on the road side only but we didnt feel any disturbances AC rooms were fresh and clean and the only problem was they wont provide room for couples.

Had been staying here as a stopover along with family for the past 3 years.I also had recommended this hotel to one of my friend regarding his sisters marriage ( they had booked almost all the rooms ) Also had stayed here just before 8 days while going towards Hampi with my family ( 3 senior citizens ) In spite of all this when I again checked-in on my way back with family ( 3 senior citizens ) the attitude of the management especially Mr.Manjunath was disgusting - shameful - inhuman - insane. This guy knew me from 3 years & still didn't allow my family to climb the stairs without paying the whole amount in advance.I told him that I was going to pay the amount in 5 minutes as I had senior citizens with me & they were tired as we were back from a long journey but Mr.Manjunath didn't care for a thing.Apparently I payed him.Then I asked him as to why was he behaving like this with us to which he started misbehaving & speaking arrogantly.I was shocked to this.I immediately demanded my cash back to which he refused stating that I had already signed the register.Then I told him that I will file a police complaint & wanted to speak to his owner after which he immediately refunded my amount. This was a pathetic , irresponsible & inhuman behavior of the management.I had to leave the hotel with senior citizens. Never ever stay at this hotel - forget about staying with family but dont even prefer this even if you are alone.Its better to stay on the road than here.…

I stayed with my family in this hotel as a stopover from my journey from Mumbai to Mangaluru and also while coming back. Good hotel close to NH48. Rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner (Fish Thali/Chicken Thali/Mutton Thali) was sumptous and yummy. Value for money.

IT was a nice experience staying at Ankita Residency. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were spic and span. Staff was courteous and helpful. will recommend it for travellers .a few restaurants nearby for your food .overall a good experience to stay here.

The hotel is in the city and not on the highway. I preferred it that way. Good restaurants and market place at close proximity. Rooms are large and clean. Parking facility is decent. Hotel is big with 24 hour reception. My stay was short transit between mumbai and Kerala.

we booked for the AC room but it was not working towels was not clean and we booked through make my trip and paid more than what was the real tariff in that hotel, i felt cheated by booking this hotel online

Good rooms, clean, neat and tidy. A park is near by in case you want a walk. No breakfast available and you can go to Madura Palace, vegetarian restaurant about 100ms away. Hotel serves dinner in the Bar and Restaurant at the Cellar - very noisy atmosphere. Bus stop is very near by.

Nice hotel, clean room and bathroom. Budget friendly. they have ac/non ac/ executive rooms. city bus stand very nearby, just 3 mints by auto to Dharwad new bus stand. staffs are decent. they do not have breakfast, however they bring it from outside and serve in room. Foods were good enough (Dinner i ordered), for lunch dinner they have kitchen. easily u can get ola from the hotel.
