The typical old fashioned places, which are successful because of their location and proximity to important business places.
Rooms are neat and spacious and give the feeling of a 90s hotel. Warm water for morning bathing was without any hassles or phone calls, as it usually happens in such hotels.
The mattress was comfortable. I slept off the moment I crashed on to the bed. Maybe the mattress or a tiring day, but had a sound sleep.
The breakfast starts only at 8 AM. If you are planning to leave early, they won't have any option.
Billing is also a tad bit slow.
No complaints.

Hotel is around 10 minutes from railway station. When we arrived we were not allowed to stop our vehicle near the entrance as some road digging was on. We were sent to the parking area some minutes away. Inspite of my request of allowing just a minute to unload we were rudely sent to the parking area. We had around 5 to 6 bags and would have appreciated assistance. Unfortunately, poor coordination between the parking staff and reception meant that we had to carry all the luggage ourselves. This is an area of improvement.
The check in was smooth and staff cooperative. I was upset for the shoddy job at the parking lot, but they covered up with instantly organizing assistance.
The rooms were comfortable.
There is a complimentary breakfast, however, they do not have a buffet system, rather a we have to select from the options available in different categories. The serving time is approx 15 to 20 mins which is not acceptable specially if your hungry.
Overall average place within modest budget. But hospitality has to improve. Should not keep customers waiting.

ok, if you are not going to stay in the room for long. The facilities are average, but the room I stayed was clean. The breakfast was also good. Wifi speed was very average and I could not use much of it. Do not go with any expectations. Its only an average hotel to spend a night.

Hi sir This is ramamurthy here from tata motors regularly i stayed in your hotel.
i had a good experience in your hotel ,room quality, food taste, amenities are very nice
last month i came with my family personal trip. while check inn we have so many luggage but your staff (Bell boys) they are showing attitude nobody is there to pic the luggage's simply they grooming here & there .....receptionist he calling 2,,3 times but those bellboys are sleeping in the office room they don't have hospitality sens please teach them or else you lost the regular costumers....please check

Had lunch in Sudarshan bar and Restaurant on 23rd April, The starters were awesome specially the Surmai Fry (seer Fish) and Prawns Koliwada. Though the Mutton Rogan Josh was more of a South Indian curry rather than a North Indian Gravy. The ambiance is good with ample parking space available. The food is spicy. Would certainly recommend for those who like spicy food.

The Restaurant in this Hotel is an Ideal meal stop when travelling through Hubli. The restaurant is both Vegetarian and non vegetarian. Offers a variety of dishes from western, local and chinese cusine. The service is good, meals well prepared and tasty, and prices affordable. Drinks available. A very comfortable and relaxing set up. the eating areas could do with more lighting

No doubt why i couldn't get a room here previous occasions. Nice rooms, location, restaurants veg or non veg, bar.

This is a very nice hotel close to railway station in hubli. Rooms are very clean and service excellent. The AC double room tariff starts from Rs.1500 per day. There's a big parking lot opposite the hotel.
I didn't experience the resturant , but I was told that the food is awesome. When in hubli, just don't look elsewhere. Come straight away here.

Lovely location. Good food and great pricing. This was one classy hotel bang in the middle of this little city. Booking done through phone, no payment needed! Great service. enjoyed the stay. Would love to be back here some time soon
