My wife and me checked in to the hotel on 21st evening- we were welcomed nicely and it felt very warm- during our 3days, 2 nights stay we were taken care of very well- the breakfast spreads were superb and mouth watering. I did 2 morning walks around the property and was amazed to see a beautiful swimming pool (very tempting to jump in) and an adjacent open well maintained green grass ground. I must mention the names of three staff members whom we found very customer sensitive. -Ms. Tejaswini, Ms. Pavitra and Mr. Aslam. One answer from Tejaswini on a query as whom should I approach for this job-in room dining or housekeeping? she politely replied- this is our job-my job Sir! This demonstrates the level of ownership. We have no doubt as to where to stay during our next visit-"Fortune"

I have been staying at Fortune Hubli for over 2 years; there are many reasons for choosing the same spot. The location is straight opposite Hubli Airport, 2-3 minutes walkable and sometimes the hotel gives a free pickup drop facility. The wonderful staff, especially the front desk and the Food Services team, were amazing. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast spread is also simply superb. Great location, convenient place, this property is old property having its own shortcomings rooms are huge but are with old furnishings stained sofas , old fittings in bathrooms , my room had a kitchen chimney going up the wall generating an irritating noise . The staff is very helpful and were quick to check on the room and shift me to another room . Food was good and the buffet was a good spread of various dishes. Very good hotel . Spacious rooms , very clean and great location . Breakfast , too , was very good . The only drawback was the Dinner - in room dining for vegetarians is very limited . Hardly any Indian dishes available . However, the continental vegetables was very good ! They could be more generous with drinking water though ! In fact being an ITC hotel, they should be avoiding mineral water plastic bottles and keep water jars with filtered water in every room

Great place, good food, gym facility was also good and the best was the pool experience. Esp. Aslam, Sauvik and other Zodiac staff were very prompt with their services and response, spoke so politely and always had a smile on their face, the stay was very comfortable, the location is pristine and the view was also beautiful, right in front of the airport.

Visited fortune for a night for business in Hubli, for someone travelling from Belgaum the property is easily accessible from the highway. It boasts of 4 restaurants. I liked rooms as they were large and spacious, we were given the pool view which was an added bonus
The staff are pretty pleasing and do their job with a smile. Will not review the food as didn’t have any!

This hotel is totally disrespectful as they can change the temperature of AC in the middle of the night without your permission nor they need not to be in your room. AC Remote provided in every room is useless as it has no full control of AC. Cold in daytime where most of the hotel guests are out but hot in the evening where hotel guest like is sleeping. It already happened a couple of times and i just keep quiet. Dodge a complain as i can no longer accept the abuse they are doing.

Everything was superb. Really liked the hotel and all staffs. Even at 11 pm they have done the room cleaning and I never found such in any other hotels.It was really great and Front desk staffs say "yes" for almost all requests. Really really done a great job. breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties. Strongly recommend.
