Basic hotel nothing executive about this hotel.Bath rooms are not that clean, Average sized rooms. reasonably clean. this hotel is far away from city center. this hotel is not suitable for Western tourists

The rooms are decent, but small in size. The breakfast is ordinary with very limited options. The table cloths are not clean and have holes in them, expecting the kitchen to be shoddy too. If you have the bad luck of being here while a marriage function is being hosted, then you wouldn't be able to sleep till 12 midnight. I was charged for breakfast without being informed in advance, so pathetic staff behaviour. Wouldn't come back.

Checked in at 6 am in the morning after a long overnight journey. The rooms are spacious and well lit. But I instantly get a turn off from hotels where I need to waste lots of cold water to get some warm water in the bath. This is one such place and this is one of the reasons for the low rating. They offer breakfast buffet but have limited buffet options, restrcted to mainly poha, idli and dosa. I was left wanting for more, atleast some eggs. The check out was convenient. The wifi was a tad bit slow. The room service was prompt and the food was able to meet my expectations. Given the limited options in Hubli, I may come back here for my next trip.

The food was awesome and service was excellent! North Indian and South Indian food served well. The food came hot and nice. The hotel ambience is very good too. The lodging is pretty good as well. I highly reccomend this restaurant.

Nice transit if your going to Goa, Dandeli or Pune...inside City away from the hustle and bustle...truly executive stay as well as family stay..A balcony for relaxing or reading paper is missing..it is surrounded by trees. Approach roads just near the hotel are terrible and can damage small cars.

Congested place... next to a school... parking is small. Food had a wierd taste. I did not like the taste. Was over the edge with masalas. Rooms are good. Juice corner is expensive. Service also can be improved but overall people are ok.

I have been a regular customer of the hotel since the opening of the hotel. I had checked in on 17/03/18 at 5pm. Checked out on 18/03/18 at 6.15 pm. Was charged for 2 complete days. At check-in it was informed to us that it would be a 24 hours check out. The complimentary breakfast is average. Never going back again.

Nice and clean rooms with wooden furniture and comfortable bed. Like the modern decor and the room service is awesome. The restaurant is fine dining with classic Non-veg dishes that we all relished. They also have a pure veg restaurant attached to the building where one can walk. We have stayed here three times in a row while moving our son to KIMS Hubli. They also have 24 hours stay rule which is even better. Would always go back any day.

This is our second visit to the hotel being a stopover on our trip. Very good place. Neat and clean rooms. Comfortable after a long journey. 24 hours hot water. Restaurant food simply excellent. Recommend to stay when in Hubli.
