Rooms seem to be old and have been maintained ok. Everything needed was there in the room like towels, soap etc. Ordered room service which was delivered promptly and tasted very decent. Only complaint was in service. Had to call housekeeping 3 times and keep reminding for an ashtray. At 8am I could not get anybody on the phone and had to carry my bags by myself and look for the receptionist who had just woken up. But for the money, can't complain too much.
Rooms and bathroom not clean, rooms not maintained. breakfast was lousy. Blankets were filthy , might have never been cleaned since the hotel opened. Front office staff made us wait just to get our luggage to the room.
We reached Hubli at midnight with family and kids. Ideally I have seen hotels in Bangalore where we are first welcomed and rooms are provided with payment done while check out. On reaching, the staff was so rude without giving us the rooms. The kids were crying and we were tired and irritated. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure if this is a typical behavior of people here but they were so irritating. They claim to be a star hotel but don't treat the customer like one. They just want to get paid not wanting showcase hospitality. I am so frustrated!!
I stayed here for 3 nights in Last week of September 2018- Pros: 1) Awesome Rooms 2) Superb in-room dining & North Indian Food 3) Location 4) Great breakfast Cons: Very poor Internet Services Swimming Pool was not maintained I will advise Hotel Management to install proper WiFis with good internet speed
Choosing an OYO hotel in itself is a big disappointment. I booked this hotel on MMT, which has a partnership with OYO. The moment I came for check in, I was told to pay Rs.560 extra, though I had made full payment. The hotel made me wait and did not give me a room for a long time. I requested and they relented after a long wait. MMT helpline helped me by connecting with OYO and resolved the issue. Within the room; 1. Badly maintained washrooms- a foul smell was coming out. 2, Plenty of mosquitoes. 3. Doors are making noise 4. Lack of cleanliness Breakfast was average and the room service is very bad. The staff are not helpful. They dont even help you to find an auto. Overall, a below average stay. Since the hotel is away from the main city, choosing a better option would help.
We stayed here overnight on the way to Goa. The hotel is clean and maintained well. Rooms are large and spacious. Food is good but little bit costly. Service is very slow. Staffs are ok. Overall a good stay.
This is very nice and cheap hotel. It is close to many important things for us. It has nice hotel staff. The food is awesome. Need some improvement in room service. Hotel food is very cheap and no need to order from outside. Nearby you can find V-mart and MacD
Had booked 2 classic rooms from Oyo. Rooms were great and spacious. Service was good. Staff was good. TV had multiple channel options to watch. Restaurant was good. Nice breakfast. Options are limited. But food was good. It was a south Indian spread. Would recommend to stay.
On our way from Bangalore to Ganapatipule, Ratnagiri District Maharashtra, we planned an overnight stay at Hubbali. Location was good and rooms were comfortable and spacious. Booked through makemytrip which had awarded free breakfast with the booking but not communicated to the hotel.
We were group of 29 with 26 foreigners had very pleasant stay here. They had arranged dinner for us on the poolside. Food was also delicious. Room arrangements were nice as per our request. Had very memorable stay. staff was also courteous.
