Hi !! Was visiting Hubli after nearly 5 years , my choice of stay then was Hotel Metropolis, again i choose to stay at this very hotel and i was very very satisfied .
Right from taking my booking by Mr Simon in the front desk, the way i felt welcomed on a pouring rainy day in Hubli early morning was really exceptional.
Big size rooms, good food in their restaurant and exceptional laundry services inspite of inclement weather was really appreciated.
The hotel is situated right in the centre of the city , not too crowded commercial area allows one to take a nice walk too is a plus.

Reaching the hotel from National HIghway is the only problem i faced. Courteous staff and very helpful staff. You can book non-airconditioned rooms also in this property. Best deals are available even telephonically contacting the property. Budget friendly food is also available nearby. Highly recommended for those travel by road

It was a really good experience to stay at Hotel Metropolis at Hubli, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and toilets are good too. Food at restaurant is nice and tasty with wide variety of dishes . The property has adequate parking space for all types of vehicles.

Pros: 1) Centrally located 2) Room service food was good 3) 24 hrs checkin
Cons: 1) Breakfast was the worst i have ever had. Very less spread. Taste was pathetic. Idli was tasting bitter. Most items were not refilled though we went one hour before breakfast closure time 2) Dining area was filthy. Not a single table was cleaned 3) Non AC rooms were not at all clean. Upgraded to AC room which were better 4) No ventilation in toilets.

I stayed with my family for 5 days in the Hotel Metropolis. There service and behavior were good. I am happy with the food they served. All over it was a nice experience. The hotel is located on the Kopika road, which is the main shopping area of Hubli. The railway station and bus stands are very near.

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms are a little tired. Good sized rooms. Comfortable bed. Water was hot, bathroom was large. We ate at the restaurant in the evening but the food was not great. Great location. We had breakfast in the room which was really nice and great value.

Metropolis is standard place to stay. Location is good. WiFi is good. Food is Okay. Staff is helpful. Bathroom cleanliness is required. Glass partion in bath is not good. It's delicate. If you want to stay near market place this one is a good option.

I have stayed in this hotel once but happen to book for guests twice. Its just half a kilometer away from Hubli railway station and walkable distance to the main shopping market Durgadbail. The room are spacious, very clean and the rates are really affordable compared to other hotels in and around the area. The restaurant also serves great food

Metropolis is a nice budget hotel located at Koppikar road, Hubli. This makes it a very good place to stay in case you are shopping freak as all show rooms are located in a quarter mile radius. The rooms are comfortable and the food served is just awesome!! The prices are also very nominal. Cheers!!

I had booked a Non AC Deluxe Room for 7th of June through cleartrip. Hotel Metropolis has got two block; one old and other new. Old block is a waste of money, they initially gave me Room No 237, the bathrooms were horrible for Rs.1,030 and to add bed bugs were there. I called up Cleartrip and the customer care of clear trip was worst than the hotel, they are least bothered as the money was already paid to them. After 2 hours of struggle hotel people alloted me another good room in new block. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO CROSS CHECK WITH HOTEL BEFORE BOOKING AND ASK FOR A ROOM IN NEW BLOCK ONLY.
