I loved my stay In Terrace Heights with balcony room, have visited in october and november this year. Once me and hubby went, we loved it soo much, in next visit we took our son along. Best part was sitting in balcony, enjoying chilling weather.

The rooms were good and view from our room was beautiful. Falling asleep watching the city lights twinkle was mesmerising. The restaurant staff was courteous & helpful. I planned a Birthday celebration here and was glad to choose the place however we really like to hike around at such destinations which was not really possible.

Excellent property, mesmerising views from balcony rooms, fully satisfied and surely be visiting again. Staff is helpful, food quality is nice. A good place for staycation and spending quality time with your loved ones. Peaceful and cleanliness all around

Booked the TERRACE hotel .<br/>Property is very nice. But the staff recently has become stringent and grumpy, bordering on rude.<br/>Have been here before, but since me, wife nd kids Checked in the hotel yesterday, all we r hearing is.. don't do this, you're not allowed to go there, nd.. to top it all , at the breakfast today.. a manager had the audacity to ask my wife "WHY HAVE YOU WASTED THE HALF A PLUM BY LEAVING IT IN THE PLATE", when we had already told them that the plum had gone bad. Nd then the rude reminder call for checkout at 11:00 am. When you pay premium price thinking that the so called resort property is premium,this is certainly not the kind of behaviour that is expected in the hotel industry. Very Dissapointed with the visit.

Although property is nicely built, there's nothing to do !!! There is not even a swimming pool. You can just enjoy the view from room. Very Spacious rooms. Super Delux room had 2 queen sizes beds.
Food Menu on the pricey side as you stuck on a hill top with no where to go .
PS : Facilities at Moksha arent allowed to use

The hotel is newly constructed nearby timber trail & moksha resort. One could use cable car to get there or even go by car. But cable car is better. About the hotel it was a relatively new hotel with a range somewhat between timber trail & moksha resort. Rooms vwere good & spacious, food was also excellant. However wifi was not free. Views from rooms were very good

went there with family through cable car for a walk and lunch. very nice view and good people. quantity of items served was too much. overall a good experience-we went there during noon when sun was bright and shiny.

I had asked for a room in moksha but due to non availability for a day we were given a room in terrace before shifting us to Moksha. Well firstly we were just zapped by the property. The rooms and building are brand new and absolutely speck less.... Rooms are tastefully done and the glass wall in the bedroom overlooking the deep valley along with the sweet balcony are just too good. Add to it the remote operated curtains and the works... The restaurant and bar are simply awesome.... Definitely worth if swimming pool and jacuzzi are not your priorities....

This restaurant is worth trying for its beautiful location. One really enjoys the view as it is situated on top of a mountain with entire city of Chandigarh visible from there. The service was good and food was tasty. The Chinese preparations were particularly good. One has to use a cable car to reach this restaurant which is an additional expense but worth considering its beautiful location. This restaurant is part of Timber Trail Heights resort in parwanoo.
