Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa, located on the waterfront, with 4 outdoor pools, spatial activities such as kayaks, delicious meals, great hospitality. It's really a paradise. Highly recommended, an amazing view and a pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed for 4 nights in September 2016 and we loved our stay at Puyuhuapi. Even in the rain, the place is like a dream, from the small boat taking you to the resort, the hot springs, to the amazing food or cocktails, and the very comfortable rooms. The staff was very nice and proactive, giving recommendations on beautiful hikes...

The site is extremely attractive. In the fiord, accesible only by water, circled by water and jungle. Thermal water in various forms. Good food (soups are not the strength regrettably). Hotel management and service is edficient and courteous. Maybe would require more actvities for guets. Although Fine for a two day stay as we had. Would be mice to have...

To get to this hotel you have to use a boat, which is very interesting. This lodge and spa hotel has swimming pools with hot water coming from springs and the rooms are very clean and nice. It is surrounded by a lake and you feel there excellent. The staff is very polite and helpful . A very good place...

We spent 4 nights at the lodge at the beginning of January 2017 and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were promptly met by our driver at the Balmaceda airport and had a very informative 5 hours drive. The boat was waiting for us and we entered the remote and magical fiords where the lodge is located. We were...

Spending 5 days in Puyuhuapi Lodge was the most relaxing experience I had in a long time. Excellent service, comfortable room with a stunning view, nice menus taking advantage of the local gastronomy and products -especially sea food and a full and friendly bar. The lodge is located next to stunning National Parks and the lodge organized everything for us,...

I booked for 4 nights. It was simply devine, the perfect place not to do anthing besides going to the outside hotpools, read...

Apart from the lodge itself, the location, the scenery, the nature and the views are all breathtaking, at a very beautiful and quiet lake. I absolutely recommend to visit the lake and the Puyuhuapi region. BUT, look for another hotel, where the SERVICE and the staff are polite and helpful and not rude and always wanting to have the last...

This is the second time I visited Puyuhuapi. Unfortunately, none of the negatives have changed since I visited it two years ago. The service is absolutely awful in the dining room. In general, a place this expensive should have a much more professional service and more flexile dining hours. The client is always right, but in Puyuhuapi it was the...

Spent four nights here in 2016 after doing the W Trek. November 28-December 2. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Customer service: First, we rented a car so we were driving from Balmaceda on our own in the evening. There is a ton of construction and we were a little nervous. I booked far in advance, and just a few...
