All building materials are procured locally, making it blend in with the surroundings. We are a group of 4 friends who had a river view property in mind.....and Infinity Resorts Corbett is exactly what we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed the simple yet comfy rooms, good spread of cuisine which was really very tasty and of course the amazing overview of the Kosi river. Mohhamad Mohshin ji was very helpful in making our reservations for the resort as well as the safari. Highly recommend all to go n visit INFINITY RESORTS CORBETT.

Two of us were booked to stay here from 31st March to 1st Apr., 2020. Due to the lockdown we could not go through with our programme. We requested for a cancellation and there was absolutely no response from the booking centre. This was sent on two occasions and on the contrary we get a mail reminding us of our Stay!!!! Worldwide, everyone in the tourist industry is tourist friendly and here, we are appalled to find a hotel that most callous! Also, we had two rooms in March and we need to get a refund of around Rs.1700 that the friend desk said will be sent to us. Despite numerous reminders nothing has been forthcoming, including a reply! Vert disappointed with the attitude of the Management. Will think twice to stay here if our grievances are not redressed. Good hotel, though!

organized this trip at one day notice, but what a pleasant surprise it was. although the drive to the resort from Delhi was long and strenuous due to so much of construction activities going on the highway, Location of the resort just made up for that. Perfectly located between the highway and river Kosi. You can drive up to the resort and, while in, you can walk down to river bed to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. our River facing room was excellent, and there was a bit of view of the river from the balcony. Check in was smooth. Food was another highlight. we had an all meals inclusive package and everything was just so good, in terms of quality, taste and spread. Service was top notch and staff made it a point to check about the food quality and any feedback, after every meal. We decided to spend all of our 3 days within resort and explore it rather than going out. We are extremely satisfied and would definitely come back.

We arrived during the first week of November and were left disappointed not just with the quality of food available but also the lack of response from the staff to rectify them and the poor service that we were catered by. The sinks in the room were cracked, shower heads had not been cleaned and the TV in one room was not working when we arrived. The latches of the door were so high that you had to set a chair to reach them.
In short, the resort lacks the attention to find any shortcomings at their location and the sincerity to correct them once they are brought to their attention.

We're 11 adults + 3 kids(a reasonably large group) and stayed in Infinity resort for three nights. Whether they were swimming staff, management staff, dining staff, etc., the staff were highly polite and helpful towards us.
I do not intend to bore readers with my check-in issues(It's our fault, by the way); however, I would like to mention that Mr Mohsin went an extra 2-3 miles to help us and made our stay in Infinity resort a memorable one. A big thank you to Mr Mohsin.
The location-wise, it was 20 minutes from Ramnagar and not far from Girja forest. It has a river view from the dining area and a short walk from the back of the hotel.
The rooms were sufficiently large and had all basic amenities in them. The staff had paid attention to health and hygiene.
The dining area was always immaculate, and there was always something refreshing on the menu for breakfast and dinner. There was a gaming area that was open 24 hours a day and had a pool table, TT, carom board.
We would highly recommend Infinity Resorts to tourists.

I was there in resort from 8th oct till 11th oct 2021, along with family and parents. The resort is of old construction, decently managed, and lot of open spaces.
It includes a swimming pool, duck pond along with small activities like indoor games and children park. Gym is there but chargeble and with limited options.
The food include lot of veg options and limited non veg items, but food is delicious, and tasty. Every day evening you can see a 30 mts clip on tigers etc. On weekends, you can hear live orchestra and music thought limited for 1-2 hours.
I was happy with the housekeeping, kitchen, security guards, reception. All were super supportive and responsive.

The resort is a part of the Conservation Corporation of India. It should rate as one of the best in class when rated for its approachability, reception, reservation-handling/guidance, quality of all round service, practical comfort-levels, food and its proximity to nature. Nestled in the lap of nature, its backdrp of the girgling Kosi river separating it from Sitabani frorest reserve and its cosy Golghar dining space, I guess should be big draws of this picturesque 22 acre resort. At this time when all forest ranges had not yet opened out for the season, the Corona preventive protocol was well in place. Whether this would be the case once the traffic picks up momentum is yet to be seen. Private laundry should be an advantage. A special word of thanks to Mr. Neeraj Tewari of Sales management for arranging our stay and providing necessary guidance. Also a word of high praise for the chefs at the resort forproviding an awesome experience of cu. linary skills.

Bathroom sleepers and comb set must be there in each room. Locks and even chitakanis of doors of all bed rooms and washrooms were not working properly. Curtains of maximum rooms needs to be replaced. Room serving staff is very few and so poor room service. Some of your staff in Gol Ghar is not co operative. Quality of food is excellent. Location of resorts is awesome. Structure of resort is fine.

We have stayed at this resort for 3 Days by "Click Yatra India Llp". It was one of the best decision that I have taken rather than booking it from MMT or any other site as the contact person "Sushil Kumar" was very helpful and supporting throughout the trip. If I talk about the property it is located near all the good resorts at Corbett. It is a beautiful property with a pool and river access. I would specially like to mention about the F&B Manager Sourabh Bisht who is always active along with his whole team. He was really polite during all interaction and personally took responsibility of each meal served to customers. I think best example of "Customer service". Food was amazing stay was fantastic. Thanks a lot again whole staff and "Sourabh" for an amazing stay. Keep up the good work.

Took a long awaited break. Was sceptical as wanted Luxury. River view rooms are breathtaking. Comfortable rooms with all amenities, swimming pool, lush green gardens, swings, indoor play area (under renovation), Courteous staff always ready to help. Tasty Food buffet but choices can be increased. Room service was Good, good quantity servings at reasonable prices. Riverside Restaurant was a treat. Though not a big Nature lover but Luxury will loose to this Natural beauty, calm environment any day.

I understand your concern about the rooms. Indeed, the rooms are facing the riverside but you might not get a direct 'river view' due to the lush Mango trees and gardens surrounding our rooms.
As you might have noticed, there will be a swimming pool just a short 30m walk away from your room as well as the Golghar's deck from where you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the Kosi river.
