Before you plan to book this resort, ponder on the following points: 1. Do you want to pay a huge sum of money if your kid spill the food on the bed or your wife/daughter had a bad night during the period? 2. Do you want to stay in poorly maintained rooms/tents full of insects? 3. The only amenities were a kid-size swimming pool with dirty water. Do you spend an evening over there? It was the worst stay and experience of our lives as they were harassing the guests and charged us Rs.5000 just for spoiling the linen with period blood which can easily be washed with industry-specific chemicals and even with cold water, whose market value was Rs.2000 in new condition. There is nothing much to talk about this property. The only good thing was decent food taste.
Worst stay of our lives as this horrible property is not at all maintained by the management. I would rather stay in oyo rooms then stay here again. People who are scared of reptiles please stay away from this property. We booked plum category rooms which were horrible.
Rooms- Bad rooms any repltile like lizard even snake can easily make way. We booked the plum category room which is considered good by the hotel standards. Quality of rooms not at all good even handwash was not provided by the resort. Gaming room not operational. Swimming pool dirty water. Overall the property is not well maintained. I stayed in Latigre fee years back and I left corbett tusker trail in comparison this property does not stand a chance.
Photographs of Hotel create a picture of a Great Place whereas it is a very small Property ( more like a middle sized Farm House); Rooms ( at least Tents) are poorly maintained. We wanted to experience the Tents but they are Dirty and full of Lizards. Bathroom Fittings are old and Water only trickles from the Shower. The whole Property was vacant and we were the only Occupants although when we checked 2 days before booking we were told that just a couple of rooms are available. We paid for an Extra Bed but it is just "Mattress on the Floor" and with Lizards around it is 'SCARY'. On raising the issue, the Senior Management informs 'It is our Policy not to provide any Extra Cot' and quotes the Policies of other Chains showing the un-cooperative attitude. We were told to contact the Aggregator to resolve the issue. FUNNY !!!!. Nothing much to talk about Restaurant but the Chef will cook whatever you want although the Prices are outrageous. Will not recommend the place even if the location is close to Jim Corbett Entry point. We checked some other properties and found them to be a much better Value for Money. Being next to Village Community Ground you are doomed if there is a function which was so 2 nights out of 3 we were there... too noisy as the Sound is so loud in the Hills as there are very few Buildings.…
We booked this hotel through make my trip. It's a very small property. Rooms are spacious. Although we stayed in a tent. Which is also okay. First day we got bottled water, then charges apply for bottle water. It has a very small swimming pool. Dining room is also small. I haven't found any staff with masks or any other safety. Although the resort was fully booked. Food is above average. Few chicken dishes were very tasty. Overall it's a budget place, ok to stay.
Amazing stay food was awesome location is superb in night u can see dear zooming around staff is friendly value for money if u planning for weekend this resort is highly recommended I stay here in first week of March
Had an awesome 2-night stay here in Feb-21. We had booked a premium cottage inclusive of all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Pros- 1. Food- The chef here surely knows his stuff! We ended up over-eating every single time just because of the taste. Glad we booked all three meals here. Even though the menu was a bit limited as compared to a 5-star hotel (which is expected given that it's a 3-star), the delicious taste more than made up for it. Also, the staff was kind enough to pack us some paranthas for our journey back home! 2. Staff- All the staff was well-behaved and polite, especially the manager Mr. Negi, who promptly arranged jeeps for our Safaris at short notice. He was also kind enough to let us use his Jio-fi for our entire stay (Yes, surprisingly the rooms don't have Wi-fi). 3. The rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Can't call them luxurious, but they were good enough for the price! 4. The property, despite it's relatively small size, was well maintained with beautiful gardens and a clean swimming pool. 5. The resort is in Dhela, quite close to the Dhela entry gate (Hardly 5 mins in Jeep), which is the entry point for both Jhirna and Dhela Safaris. Cons- 1. It's not unreasonable to expect the rooms to have wi-fi, even for a 3-star. 2. The room AC seemed to be quite noisy. Even though we didn't need to use it because of the pleasant weather in Feb, it could be a problem for someone visiting in summers. 3. The view from rooms could be better, especially for the higher price that we paid for their premium cottages. They could maybe think about developing some new cottages at a premium price on upper floors (right now everything's on ground floors), with a balcony and pool view or something. …
4.5 Stars(As no option so given 5) Good stay.. Surrounded by forest.. Food was awesome... Good & maintained property.. Clean rooms/bathroom.. Heater was provided.. Cons: Can't play music after 10PM.. Bit away from city
