I have been with my family here and booked a duplex and a double occupancy room, resort is really good with awesome decor. Resort is widely spread in acres of land with lush green gardens. But as far as hospitality and service is concerned had a very bad experience. On our way to resort we called and asked for lunch to be served in our room to which it got served the time we checked in. We asked for more curry and rice along with breads that took 40 mins and by the time we had finished our meal. On call we confirmed that the pool is accessible but it was not. The remote of the ac in the room was not working and we couldn't find the switch but when we called the housekeeping nobody turned up. Duplex was for 5 pax but everything they gave us was for 4. We asked for a cot to which nobody responded. After putting all the issues in front of the manager he was helpless and said my apologies. But he didn't gave us any solution. On top of it the pool they were offering was too much dirty couldn't step inside it. Decor -5/5 Food-3/5 Ambiance- 4/5 Service - 1/5 Hospitality-1/5 Would never come back or recommend this to anyone else. Sorry to say but it's a total waste of money.

Visited the Den Corbett around 13th Aug 21. The resort is well maintained and neat. The staff was very helpful and polite as well. Mr.Gurbaksh was very kind throughout our stay and helped us with all sorts of queries. The whole staff is very well trained and prompt. It’s literally a getaway from city life as you are almost cut out of what’s happening in the world as there are no mobile signals except JIO ( the internet speed is still quite slow)

Very nice property, full of nature. Staff is very nice. Also liked the food. Best thing we could find is their pet Soofi. He is the hero of Den. If you are animal lover, any one would like to take him home. Loved the place.

We went to The Den Corbett Resort. It is a large resort spread over 13 acres of land on the banks of the Kosi river and at the end of the reserve forest. There are different types of plants here. The resort offers a swimming pool, gym, library, indoor games and kids zone. The beautiful cottages and the lighting at night is remarkable. My Experience: We were greeted with demands for payment of balance and security deposit before showing our suites. They seem to be worried that guests may leave the resort after seeing the condition of the suites and experiencing their service. The worst suite was allotted to us with non-functioning flush in the washroom and water on the floor of the room, but after complaining they shifted us to another suite. The cost of food at the resort is high but guests have no choice as there are no other eateries nearby.
