This place is great and away from the crowd and Mr Ansari went out of his way to see that everything was up to the mark, he personally supervises everything so it makes a difference , we were a group of 12 Foreigners from different parts of the world and every one was happy with the rooms, the food and service. will come back again soon. This review is dedicated to Mr. Ansari, with whom I coordinated to organize my family trip to Corbett in this June. It met all our expectations, ambiance is great, location is superb, rooms are specious with private deck , grounds are delights with awesome greenery and pathways, crew is hospitable, food is scrumptious in discreet “Camp Riverwild” is an amazing place to stay inside Buffer Zone of Jim Corbett NP yet away from all noise at the bank of Kosi river. Though we had a short stay but made the best use of it with all sorts of activity, Nature Walk & Bird watching over there. Left nainital to reach camp river wild resort in jim corbett at PO Mohaan which claimed to have super reviews on makemytrip. Our booking was for 3 nights - 11th june to 13th june (14th june checkout). In reality as follows 1. A resort with super reviews from makemytrip should have people staying there and should be sold out as its season time. Sadly in the middle of nowhere and only my family there. Yes... 6 rooms and only 1 family. 2. The chef , who cooks comes out in a dirty tshirt and jeans during our lunch time, even the local Chinese guys in mumbai roads dress better . If you claim to be a resort with super reviews make sure you give your staff proper uniform. 3. A resort like yours should make sure that shampoo, soap, bath towels must be kept in the room. Dear Sir, Greetings Its True That You Were Booked For 03 Nights With Us BUT... 1-As You Didn't Like the Property And Service & Wanted To Cancel You Rest of the Nights We Did So Without Any Cancellation Charges. 2- Upgraded you to "Lemon Tree" for the Night of 11.6.19 which is a Premiere Resort in Corbett (Camp Riverwild Have Bill For that in Your Name) 3- You In fact You Did Not Stayed a Single Night in the Property Instead You Stayed in "Lemon Tree" As We Promised. 4- We Even Drop you to Safari Gate & Picked You Back to Lemon Tree at his point Our Services Were Suppose to End But at Your Request We Even Dropped You to You New Hotel in Sawaldey Village Which Was Not a Part of Deal. 5- We Paid for Your Daughters Canter Safari Entrance Fee As Part of Dela Which You Were Suppose to Pay Not Camp Riverwild. So Far as The Other Allegations are Concern Though We Did not Wanted to Say But We Regretted that we did a Mistake By Taking Your Booking. Matter Could Have Been Solved More Peacefully Any Way Guest are Always Right And ...Every One in The Industry Want to Do His Best for the Guest and We Tried to Do the Same By Providing What Ever Was Possible in Our Limited Capacity & Literally Going Beyond Our Limits....
