Beautiful resort on the banks of river Kosi. The huts are tastefully decorated and there is ample space between all the units affording a lot of privacy. With only six huts The place is free of typical tamasha of resorts around Jim Corbett- no movie show, games etc. Also, chances of running in a corporate group on picnic are also low, thus ensuring tranquillity and solitude. It's an ideal place for birding and walks along the floodplains of Kosi. The staff to guest ration is high, ensuring high standard of service, food is tasty and although menu is fixed, the staff is more than willing to catering for specific requirements. In short a ideal gateway to enjoy with family and close friends and to connect with nature

First of all let me tell you about the owners of this sprawling piece of land; Mr A.G.Ansari and his family. Educated, courteous and chilled out. The staff is extremely helpful in ways we did not expect. The location is lovely to say the least. The rooms are spacious and has an interesting decor; mostly made up of wood and bamboo. There are window A/Cs and ceiling fans, the bathroom/toilet was clean and well maintained. The food was nothing to complain about. The evenings were pleasant with all the lights on and the cool breeze. Its also very close to the Jim Corbett National park.with a view of the Shivalik foothills and a completely dried up Kosi river(at this time) in close proximity.

It was a very economical stay....must say value for money.Resort has only six cottages with loads of greenary around. we spotted several birds also. The food requires special mention as it was finger licking good, they have set menu but you will not miss buffet spread for sure we specially called the chef and gave him tip for delicious chicken curry he made for two days of our stay. River koshi flowing in beside the resort is an add on to its charm .Staffs are courteous but bit slow and never picks call at reception or restaurant. I am giving 5 stars to this resort only because my husband left his laptop at the resort but when we called them the staffs simply denied only after taking MR.Ansari in loop they confirmed that they have our laptop.Big thanks to Mr. Ansari he made sure

I travelled with family in Mar 2017 and I stayed for 2 nights. Had a good time with them. Resort only has six cottages and ample open space so crowd would never be an issue. with such low occupancy they still have quite a bit of staff to take care of guests. We almost got a personalised services during our stay :) Cottages are wooden structure which are nicely equipped to take care of the stay. The resort is a real value for money, considering they give out all three meals included in their package :)
