The room was spacious and with all amenities. Neat and clean. So also were the washrooms. The most important thing was that we reached very late after a very horrible journey by road and the staff was available to help us with food and a room. It helped in a lot of ways to relax our minds even though we were groggy after the travel. The morning breakfast was complimentary. One special mention of the washroom, it had a detachable rope inside the bath area for hanging some items. It had a smoke detector too like you have in modern Hotels. The parking at basement.

Lovely clean hotel with ample secure parking. Large rooms. Tasty breakfast though kitchen couldn’t keep up with demand- perhaps offer less options at the buffet but keep stocked. Plenty there though and very good food. I’d recommend this hotel comfortable stay.

Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is located in prime area with vast car parking area. All staff members were very courteous and rooms were beautifully designed/ maintained. Food quality and ambience in the Restaurant is excellent. Stayed earlier with family and would always stay in this hotel only in future also.

The hotel s absolutely amazing. The staff s warmth and hospitality was super. They went out of their way to try and fulfil every need. They were very co-operative. My son wasn't feeling so well so the chef made special care while fixing his meals. The rooms are very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Comfortable rooms with good food at affordable price. The hotel has a restaurant in the premises, with good options for lunch and dinner. Buffet breakfast was available, which had a wide range of options to choose from.

Me and my family stayed at Ranglaya Royal with a lot of expectations from 26th March to 3rd April 2024. We were 3 people and they have charged the room for 3 individuals. Despite of that we were provided with only 2 bottles of water. Even after several times of reminding them we were provided with just 2 bottles of water. Then on 1st April I received a call from one of the staffs that they have increased the charge for the room from 1st April. And there were no prior information about this even though I had booked the room from 26th March till 12th April. After we checked out I received a call from them saying I have not paid for a water bottle of â‚ą30. I told them that even though they charged the room for 3 persons I was provided with only 2 bottles of water despite reminding them daily. I paid the â‚ą30 and left from there.......

Non professional and very discrimination behavior from the manager and staff alike. Aprently they won't rent out rooms to local residents and they fail to mention that said "policy" anywhere in their websites or in any other booking sites/app. They didn't even have the policy handy with them. The policy comes out of their mouth after looking into whatever they didn't like from the customer, it maybe religion, caste or appreance. I have no idea what they are looking into to reject but they do have their "mouth policies" of denying room to whomever they like. Extreme arrogance and complete non professional conversation with the staff and the manager. They even had the audacity to question "why would you book a room here if you are house is closeby, go stay in your house" (exact words) would highly appreciate anyone who avoids this discrimination hotel.

Hotel Rangalaya is a complete hospitality destination able to ensure all imperatives of an outstanding establishment. The staff is professionally sound, always displaying warmth and courtesy in behaviour. Restaurant is added highlight with a comprehensive menu being prepared under able leadership of chief chef. Rooms are absolutely bliss to stay always kept upto mark by the concerned staff. Great and complete experience anytime always...my compliments to Mr Satish , Mrs Roopa, Mr Murali and all other staff members.

Once again we were well cared for at the Rangalaya with a kind and caring staff, clean and comfortable room and excellent on site restuarant. We stayed here recently after a previous visit three years ago. The care and quality of this hotel has not diminished. We love to stay here because we find it very comfortable. I highly recommend it. The only thing I would like to see improved is a consistant wifi throughout the building.
