We two families stayed in this hotel had good experience hotel ambience is good reception is also good and ofcourse rooms are spacious and clean even cost is also reasonable only problem what I faced is took time to get hot water...
Baby hotel is famous for its mutton & chicken Biryani Pls note it's served only from 11 am - 3 pm On the menu are local non veg dishes , mutton /chicken items & Chinese alongwith few north indian cuisine Not pricey & decent ambience for families / couples.
I have never had worse experience anywhere. Rude staff. They say that everything is your fault even though it's clearly theirs. They take almost an hour for any Service or Order. Their restaurant is the worst. Never come here.
Small Car parking. To take your 4 wheeler you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to move other vehicles. The worst is complementary B/F. The supplier gave me a tough time in the morning, 10 min for each order. I did not eat , we came out without eating. If you have no better choice try this. The bathroom was terrible. They fixed the wash basin ( broken as 4 pieces) with glue and wood.
Normal middle hotel in centre of Vellore. Good furnished and clear rooms with a tea, coffee and a big conditioner. It’s a good 3-stars hotel near a bus-station and a central market-street. Minuses: a hard noise from street (buses, cars, trucks) all day (from early morning to late evening); usually so room’s prices including a breakfast but not in this hotel; very far to Golden temple & Fort.
The ambience of baby residency is good and clean.food is not disappointing, service is also good!the oly thing is the toilets are not that well maintained !jus it needs SPL attention !!ptherwise evyting is fine! And. Dis s one of d famous hotels of vellore
We checked in on 23/Jan/2014 at around 9.30 AM in a Standard AC room. The booking was already done around 15 days back. Even after that when we checked in the ROOM WAS DIRTY and NOT CLEANED. Later we found the towel completely torn and filthy, to which the housekeeping supervisor said that because of intense washing, this is done. The towels were all yellow in colour as if not changed since ages. Room service was really poor, not attending telephone calls and when attending the calls, completing the service in more than 30 minutes. Bathroom is horrible. Ceiling leaking. Stains show that the hospital was built centuries ago and has not been renovated since then. On 24/Jan/2014, we ordered Tea. To my surprise the Tea was served in a cup which was not washed since it was bought and BROWN COLORED lining could be very easily seen. Listening to all this, the manager said that he has joined recently so he shall take care in future, as if I would come every month to take the service of the hotel. Again on the same evening when I entered my room after my official work, there was a towel whose border was badly stained with turmeric and all spices etc. I am literally in a very bad mood while I am writing this from room no 311 of this hotel where I am staying. Please dont let yourself be harassed by the poorest management I have ever seen in the service industry. Please dont check in to Hell Residency :(…
we stayed in family room.4 adults and 2 children. the room are classic, simple and clean. though the room not spacious but the bed are soo comfortable. they have parking. good running hot water. The breakfast at the restaurant(not sure if theirs) are simply superb.
Good hotel with decent price. food is excellent, in evenings roof garden is nice. Its away from bus stand but golden temple is nearby to this hotel comparing other hotels. It has 2 non veg restaurant and one veg restaturant
